We know that your plans can change from time to time - and we want to be there to help.
Out of courtesy, we ask all clients to notify OPEN Hairdressing as soon as possible if they are unable to attend their appointment. We ask that you do this at least 48 hours in advance.
All members of OPEN are sole traders and like to keep busy. We know it's frustrating when you need to cancel at short notice, but it's easy to avoid a 25% cancellation fee by simply keeping us in the know. Plus, you could pass on your time to another client who has been on our waiting list instead. Thank you!
