When I was worried about getting my contact lens stuck in my eye, these wonderful opticians calmed me down on the phone and gave me excellent advice. I would definitely recommend them.

What true professionals Yegi and the whole team are. I went there fairly nervous, thinking I had a big problem going on with my eyes, but they all put me at ease without them even knowing they had. They were friendly and we had a giggle about the stresses this close to Christmas! Anyway, I explained to Yegi what my eyes seemed to be seeing and doing and she knew straight away. Lots of tests later, I have new glasses ordered and I know for certain it’s nothing too sinister. But I also know to get to dr to check my colesteral. Amazing what they can tell from your eyes. So, excellent service that I would totally recommend. Keep up the great work ladies and thank you all once again xx

Staff are always lovely, helped me through each visit to find the right pair of glasses. So careful with their tests, as I have irlins they’ve helped me so much.

I am not often moved to post reviews but simply must write to say how pleased I am to have found Optima. In these days of national chain-stores, how refreshing it is to find a local business where customer service is really important. They have all the latest equipment and I always feel confident that my ocular health is in expert hands. (They also have some really cool frames!). So friendly and professional - thank you!

Fabulous staff who go out of their way to help! We have complicated requirements for frames. The team at optima explored lots of options, and even when we'd settled on a suitable frame they kept their eyes open and found an even better solution. Fantastic!.
