Went for Saturday morning brunch. Food was excellent and generous portions. Service was a little bit slow but not really an issue. Will be back!

Was here last night for the NAV show and it was crazy!! Never been in a crowd of people who had so much love for an artist. Reasonably priced drinks and best music venue around! Had an issue with my tickets but would like to thank Nathan for his help, he was absolutely brilliant. 100% would recommend seeing a gig here �

This is my 2nd home.. the staff are fantastic.. in most clubs they ask me to take off my snapbacks but Aaron at front door advised just to reverse so they can see my face LEGEND!... Drink prices a steal.. Valhalla nights are legendary... Music wise.. 2 floors of whatever you like... You can't go wrong... This place epitomises nightlife in Hackney..

Staying locally in Hackney from Australia, thought we would come in here from the presentation of the building out the front. Have had amazing service from our waitress who seems to be running the entire floor. Meatballs are to die for!! Highly recommend this venue!

Staff is great and super kind and helpful. Food was super tasty ans good price; the fish and chips are a must have - cod is battered in Beavertown Gamma ray and chips are just deliciously hand cut and with the best season. Beer on tap is not very diversified, but great options such as Beavertown and Goose IPA.

Pleasant relaxed vibe, cool crowd and good djs after 10. Definitely one of the best places in Hackney.

On that night I had lost my friends, my phone was dead "and it was raining" got into Oslo. The dj was amazing as was the gm got me a charger and a drink lol. Amazing service & will defo be back!!!!!! Well done Oslo.

My first visit. Purpose was to watch the French band The Liminanas, who were absolutely brilliant. Nice small venue. Met friends in the bar downstairs first and thought it was lovely decor, great selection of drinks (salted caramel martini, my choice) and good prices for London.

Great spot for drinks and music. We were there to see Tenderlonious. Friendly and natural bar staff and a great, retro space make it a good place to hang out. Also, right next to Hackney Central station, so easy to get to. Will be back....

Great food downstairs with a good vibe, & then a great gigging space upstairs.

Loved the service and polite and welcoming reception that we received from all the staff that we encountered, they were very helpful and accommodating. The food was lovely and plentiful, good value for money. we had a very enjoyable evening.

Love this bar for reasons other than a great pint of stout and the soothing atmosphere. Have to say it's a little price so little and often !

Had a great night seeing Tom Hickox after eating delicious food in the restaurant. As a wheelchair user I was looked after wonderfully by all staff members.

Great music venue. Staff were fun, friendly and efficient, food was lovely, great selection of drinks.Toilets (ladies) were clean ;-)

Went to Oslo tonight. We were asked to leave at 10pm after being told we were too loud and too drunk. We were neither. This establishment has made us feel so embrassed, we were walked out and made to pay the bill outside (we had a three course meal). We will never be going back there. Please avoid at all costs.

Went last week and had a great time. However went last night and was followed by two strange men for over 2 hours who wouldn’t leave myself and a friend alone. Despite telling 4 members of security, nothing was done, giving them the impression it was a totally acceptable to do this. I was told by one incredibly rude security member to ‘stay away from them’, this wasn’t encouraging and just highlighted to me that the security didn’t take the concerns seriously. We left the club due to this issue, had the security kicked the ridiculously creepy guys out we could’ve relaxed and had a good night without having to look over our shoulders every 10 seconds. I don’t recommend this being a safe place for young women at all.

We have eaten at Oslo several times and each time the standard of service gets worse, 30 minutes wait for drinks, 10 minute wait for cutlery after food arrived.... considering it was a Sunday only 4 tables occupied... won't go back

Rude security behaved like they were manning Guantanamo. We were there for Tracyanne and Danny, light folky pop, middle aged crowd, this wasn't a Slayer gig. Classic example of a venue paying a 3rd party security firm and just leaving them to it, treated us like cattle and ruined the mood completely. Small bar, one barman, only toilets beside the stage and a pain to get to once the room fills up. Sound was decent though. Won't be back.

Nice smallish venue to see a band, friendly atmosphere. I’ve been here three times to see bands -once to see a loud band (The Joy Formidable) and twice to see artists where it was really important to hear the singer clearly (Dry The River; Michael Kilbey) and the sound quality was really poor for the latter artists. It completely ruined both gigs. You need to get a decent sound engineer!

Music is nice

But worst staff ever, the guys just dont know their job. Arrive before 9pm if you plan to have your stuff safe in the clock room, same if you want a "drink" at the bar (only melted ice cubes basicaly)...

When she told me it was cash only, I gave her my jacket and turned around to take the cash my friend was giving me (she was literally 2 meters behind me). The cloakroom girl screamed at me because I left my jacket with her while taking the money (it was really 30 seconds, no more), and throw the jacket at me, saying she won't take it. She upset me so much I couldn't enjoy the end of my night. Won't come back.

How come we can't give a no-star rating? 10th visit... Remains one of London's worst venues - jeez, it makes Under The Bridge seem 'rock'n'roll'! Horribly overpriced plastic place - but clearly appeals to Hackney's Hipster invaders. Hopefully, one day it implodes around them.
