Amsterdam based label POP TRADING COMPANY will open their first London pop up shop this spring summer from April 27th – 4th May.
Located at 3 Berwick Street (downstairs at OTHER shop) the pop up will showcase the new spring summer collection, an exhibition of imagery shot by skate photographer Hugo Snelooper and an exclusive six-piece collaboration with cult London skateboard company Wayward London.
To coincide with the pop up, Pop will be a hosting a series of events including a skate event at Canada Water, a pub quiz in East London and a closing party at the Ace Hotel with DJ’s Charlie Bones (NTS) , Funkineven, Jameszoo (Brainfeeder) plus Rik Payne & BertBert.
“London has always been very supportive of us, from working with key skateboard media like Grey or Free Magazine, having Slam City Skates as a retailer from our very first season, to being connected to the Palace crew for over six years. Because of that it made perfect sense to do our first pop-up outside of The Netherlands here. And the skate scene in London is thriving so it’s the ideal place to run our events and launch the collaboration with Wayward London.
We are stoked to host the pop up within our good friends at OTHER Shop’s space, which is an amazing environment to show the collection, and the perfect location in the heart of Soho.” - Peter Kolks.
