This was one of our refurbishment projects last year. The original cottage was absolutely swamped with bushes inside and had a long list of items that needed replacing/refurbishing.
Since it has been transformed there has been a two storey extension built by ourselves on the rear and the garden has been brought back to life.

This was one hell of a wall to build. Hats off to our lads involved. Colchester Archaeological Trust instructed us to build this wall from a set of engineers drawings, although we had to change the design somewhat to incorporate the tricky brickwork design. The wall will eventually mount a mosaic panel which was discovered underground within the historic area or Colchester. The wall was built in double skin Flemish bond with 1200mmx900mm conctete foundations.
