Wanting to make the switch over from console to PC can be quite intimidating at first, what with all the technical knowledge required to confidently configure your own PC, after a visit to the Overclockers store, and a brief conversation with an employee (Sorry I didn't get your name) i went away with a lot more of an idea of what I actually wanted/needed. Placing my order, which I fast-tracked, I was able to get my PC for the weekend. Really pleased with my purchase, can't fault the customer service whatsoever.

So I took a chance and had a pc built for me ...... And wow what a service case was damaged in transit it happens ...sorted it out for me straight away amazing customer service amazing quality worth every penny I will be ordering my vr headset and anything I need from the team at overclockers as and when I need to thank you so much guys !!!!

Since the date I started buying from Overclockers UK I have never been disappointed but now that I bought a pre-build from OC since the current hardware prices forbid you of building your own pc. I am really happy with all the help and professionalism, Damien White was very helpful with some modifications I wanted on the pre-built Germanium. During the whole process everything was easy and smooth, like it should be with any good company. So far the machine is very stable, cable management is really good and their custom cpu cooler does an amazing job with the I7 8700k, while gaming the temperatures only go up to 65 degrees with averages of 50! I can't thank enough OC UK and especially Damien White for all the help provided! Will definitely always be coming back!

When a company holds its hands up and solves problems with a genuine regret for the customer service standard you have received, you have to be grateful for their apology.

Following some very poor customer service, I wrote a complaint on the Overclockers Facebook wall, with in the hour, I received news that the Technical Manager. Chris, had authorised a brand new GTX 1070 to be shipped to me by tomorrow using DPD Sunday service. That is an outcome that far exceeded the initial expectations of my complaint. Chris was courteous and professional on the phone, apologising for the service I had received whilst maintaining a very genuine persona. This gesture has completely reinstalled my lost faith in Overclockers.

So, thank you to Chris and Sam who resolved my complaint so effectively, you have made one very happy customer.

P.S, Chris, I hope you enjoy The Last of Us II as much as I will šŸ˜Š

Must have spent over ā‚¬15,000 over the last couple of years with these guys. Not had a problem at all with the delivery, or service. When I've had to call they've always been helpful. Only had one problem with a CPU which went wrong, returned for RMA and was sent out straight away to me. Cannot fault them. Mind you, a cheeky discount code every so often, wouldn't go amiss. ;)



Just bought the new HTC Vive Pro. Banging! Love it. :-D

I often get bored. To alleviate the problem I browze Overclockers. I then end up buying things I didn't realize I needed. (I swore when I bought my 980ti it would see me through the 1000 series, but I was wrong) The guilt is excruciating...... then the parcel arrives and the world is a little bit brighter. I remember there are some Haribo's in the parcel and I rip it open and smile. I also appreciate the fact that with the Haribo's there's usually some pc component that I hadn't realized I needed.

I have been a customer with OC for 7 years now and with every order I've always received excellent customer support.



Yesterday I sent an email explaining I had an issue with the gas lift/hydraulics in my Noblechairs Epic. I described as best as I could what the issue was without pictures/video.

Within half an hour I received a shipping notice that a gas lift was sent for next day delivery without questions asked or charge. Now that's superb customer service in my opinion.



I'll definitely be ordering my next rig upgrade with you guys.

Have been a customer for awhile now and have found the pre-sales team to be great in picking items out for me when I am stuck or not sure. Big thanks to Sam H, for sorting out a case for me on my new computer when I had spent months debating between several different ones. My new computer arrived yesterday (the second I have bought from them) and it looks great, will have to wait a few more days before I can give it a proper go. The staff have been very good and helpful. I dare say my next computer will be from them as well.

Got a custom hex-core i5 system. Insane value for money, especially compared to what HP and Dell were charging. This thing is a monster. It's much faster than the price-tag would suggest. Arrived perfect and exactly as spec'd. I've been using OcUK for over a decade. Highly recommend.

Bought a Ducky keyboard from them for my boyfriends birthday and the website was informative, checkout was easy, delivery quick but expensive (arrived next day), the product came well packaged with some extra treats added which I didn't order. The keyboard itself is exactly what he wanted and he's very happy with it so that makes two of us. I would definitely order from here again and would recommend to friends and family.

Absolutely great customer service, case fan on my case began to be faulty, so rang up, and was told either take the case back to the store to have it repaired or they would send out a replacement fan for me to fit myself

I chose the second option and they sent me a better fan than my original one very quickly completely free of charge and as a nice gesture threw in a pack of Haribo into my parcel absolutely fantastic customer service!

been dealing with OC for about 8 years now and not had any major problems, brother bought a new machine last weekend and waiting on it being built, only gripe with it so far is it took 3 days for them to tell me they didnt have the gfx card in stock so i had to call them up for an alternative,



call was handled very quickly and replacement chosen, other gripe is the website isnt very good at updating order statuses, have ordered custom built machines from alienware and pcspecialists in the past for family and they updated every day on the status of the build, I.e



order received

building

testing

shipped out



currently my brothers has been stuck on order received for about 5 days now.



other than that have had no issues with quality of any solo parts i have ordered in the past

What a great build from the team 3rd time ive used them. Great email service responded in a reasonable time frame. Had some parts out of stock they gave me some alternatives which i cannot fault. The only small criticism i have with the amount i spent (over3k) would have liked postage to be free lol

Purchased my parts in 2016 with Overclockers UK. Collected the parts eagerly before delivery from the local DPD depot. Still works wonders, even if I leave it on at a constant. Only had a major fault recently with the PSU, but this wasn't their fault as I didn't purchase that part with them, so I bought a better PSU, which is quieter. :D

After sporadic use of Overclockers UK I decided the revamped website, and useful configuration tool would be ideal for my new system.



Things started really well, and the system was soon on its way to me. I set the new system up, and upon booting it immediately failed due to memory issues. This was confirmed in Windows, and test software. I contacted Overclockers, and spoke to Ashley who apologised, and scheduled the Courier pickup for the next working day (Monday).



It is interesting to note that the system build checklist does not refer to memory being fitted correctly, or checked. The system checklist is barely decipherable though, being produced on a clogged printer, giving the whole System Setup binder a ā€˜Friday jobā€™ feel.



At this point, I felt there was a significant dip in the service. Automated emails were all I got moving forward. The ā€œTechnicians Reportā€ was a single line in an automated e-mail, which stated Faulty Memory. Nothing more. No explanation of how faulty memory was fitted, passed tests, and shipped.



Perhaps I am naĆÆve, but I returned my new PC with a polite letter, thanking the staff Iā€™d had contact with, and listing the process from first boot to last shutdown. I made no demands; I just asked a few simple questions, as the phone on-hold message states you can get as much advice as you want for free!



Going on the spiel about Customer Service on the website, which states you can speak with Overclockers Senior Directors should you wish, but that they ā€œdonā€™t believe you will have to tread this pathā€, I expected a call explaining how the PC was able to pass the tests listed in the Handbook issued with the system, and a quick rundown on my questions.



I understand business is business, and the more you put in writing, or engage in conversation, the more it impacts the business. However, nearly Ā£4,000 of kit being let down by some faulty memory, and getting nothing but automated emails, and no feedback other than a single line within an automated reply leaves a lot to be desired.



Personally, in my IT Management role, I couldnā€™t treat my clients like this, and expect to remain viable.

So I got my Ā£2500.... gaming pc and oh it didnā€™t work fair enough these things happen, only to be told I should have given the water cooler a jiggle that should fix it. Ha sorry no wait wait wait that amount of money I expect everything to work without a jiggle ļæ½ anyway cool.

So sent it back took about a week to get sent back to me, and to be called by yourselves the case was damaged due to my poor packaging Iā€™m sorry but Iā€™ve got the same case how do I know I left a little sticker inside my pc and that was still there.

It came back to me as I stated a week later only to find my power cable was missing on the phone again ( the cheek of your agents is disgraceful )

Another day thatā€™s fine Iā€™m totally cool with how long ive waited.

So load the pc up to find my windows needed activated fair enough the product key must be in the box, checked my mother board box nope nothing. So I call today to be told I have to take photos of proof excuse me look how much problems Iā€™ve had you forgot the power cable to my pc I think itā€™s safe youā€™ve forgotten the key so please donā€™t buy from them.

Itā€™s a disgrace honestly so unhappy with the service and the experience.

Really thought this was the place to buy accessories and pc gear, a mate of mine highly recommended them for years but I wonā€™t be using again. My Ā£270 gaming headset battery is faulty so I ask can I change it for another product? Answer is no, ok if I come down to the shop can I exchange it for another one? Answer is no! So my options are go all the way to Stoke with my headset hand it over to them then wait up to 28 days for it to be fixed. These guys seem to be getting a lot of praise when things you buy of them donā€™t go wrong or are faulty but this 28 day return thingy is a joke for genuine people whoā€™s product from no ones fault of there own plays up!! Avoid avoid avoid!!
