Spent this afternoon here with 4 4 year olds and a 2 year old. They loved it so much and are all going to sleep very well. As the parents we also loved it, we felt safe and comfortable. The staff are happy, efficient, health and safety confident and the ones I interacted with were all happy to go the extra mile with our requests. It is also a very clean venue so you definately don't mind walking around in your socks.

Oxygen Croydon is my favourite place to take my children to. I held a party for my 10 years old on the 12 of May, my party host was Jaida, she was excellent! Made children feel welcome and looked after.

The party desk staff, Tenielle, is an asset! She is friendly and nothing is too much trouble, she assisted me whenever Jaida was unavailable.

I would definitely recommend to anyone, absolute delight!

Just finished a session at Oxygen freejumping croyden with chayse my son, had a fantastic time, especially as I decided to join in this time, great exercise, especially for this overweight 52 year old, thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and always a warm welcome from Ellie at reception with a beaming smile, special thanks to Marcus too for making us feel relaxed and comfortable and especially chatting to my son and advising him when he was nervous, big thanks to all the staff who are fantastic, see you soon 😁

It was my second visit today and I have to say both visits have been very calm and relaxed! Pizza is absolutely delicious at the cafe with great discount half price till certain time!

Park is full of different things to do and try!

I would like to thank a member of staff Lilly Rose who without fuss went to get a t-shirt i bought prior to my visit the precious day but couldn’t collect it as one member of staff told me to collect at the end of the session (which was a shame as I wanted my son to wear it during the session) and after the session a different lady told me all t-shirts have been sold out and they will have new stock later this month. I was quite disappointed but today, at the beginning of my son’s session during the check in the member of staff Lilly Rose confirmed that i have a t-shirt with my booking so she did her best to get me one! (There was a problem with unlocking the stock door)

So Thank you very much for making our visit so enjoyable and we will come again and again!!!

I booked this for my 8 year olds birthday party. Our Party Host was Lily and she was fantastic. She ensured that all the children were ok and that there was enough food for our guests. I have no faults with this place and highly recommend them. The place is clean and the staff are very friendly. We look forward to coming again soon.

Hiya. Yesterday we attended Oxygen Croydon for the first time with the home education group and we had an amazing time. The staff seemed really helpful as well, In particular one lady who was trying to teach my daughter how to 'bum bounce' on the trampoline although my daughter was finding it difficult due to having hypermobility (I didn't catch her name). We'll definitely be returning again soon. Thank you

We took our three kids on sunday just past. I was sceptical having read a strongly negative reviews. We were however really impressed. Plenty of monitors at this session who appeared to be in control. The safety video was informative and to the point. The staff member facilitating the video was forthright and effective. Our 3, two 11yr olds and an 8yr old said it felt safe and organised. They had a brilliant time.



Suggestions I have are more seating please for adults waiting or watching, there simply aren't enough on the mezzanine raised floor. Secondly the ladies toilets are really poor. Two cubicles are simply not enough. The loo roll dispenser was broken off the wall and the sink was broken I assume ad it had a bin liner over it.



Please offer a smaller size of slushy. £4 is total madness even if you do have a 'captive' audience it us just raking advantage.



Finally do your employees enjoy working there. I have never seen such a miserable bunch who looked they they were being forced to work. You want people to come and enjoy themselves then staff interaction or assistance would be a great start.

Me and my partner took our 7 year old and we all had such a great time. The guy at the reception desk was helpful and enthusiastic so he gets top marks. I would definitely go back again.

There seemed to be lots of staff spread across every station and they were radioing through to each other to cover areas which seemed good but I saw some customers not following the rules right in front of staff members and nothing was done about it.

The staff on the floor did not seem to have any enthusiasm. I feel in a place like this you should be energetic and enthsiastic to make the whole experience fun for everyone. So for those reasons I cannot give 5 stars, (so close though).

Great staff at reception, had an issue with my booking but was resolved and my children had a great time. Would definately book a longer session on a next visit as 1hour just goes so quickly and my children wanted to stay longer. There needs to be more staff generally around just in case for health and safety otherwise staff on site were helpful polite and friendly. Pleasant place for family day out.

Me and hubby took our two children aged 8 and 6 for the first time ,when we got there there was only 1 member of staff on the desk, after we checked for our time which was at 4 we wasn't told where to go next and was standing around wondering do we go on straight away or wait my hubby had to go and ask which we was then told to go into a room to watch a video which was cut short and wasn't the whole video I found the 2 women giving the talk where rude and seemed not bothered about children safety I only saw 1 member of staff on the court the whole time i was there and looked like 2 many in one session there wasn't one person to a trampoline and the older children/ adults where bouncing the younger ones off. Even though my.childen enjoyed it apart from being bounced off by older children/adults I don't think we will be returning any time soon.

Great place, went to the first Friday night disco in the dark jump. Had a great time because we (as adults) had the common sense to follow the rules, the staff on the other hand were FAR more interested in dancing like they were in a night club (definitely saw some twirking), standing on the railings by the jumps and playing “catch/It” with the kids, than actually managing the potentially dangerous environment!



Fabulous idea, but should be restricted to a children only and/or adults only?



More staff training needed with focus on responsibility! They can have their fun after the customers have left.

My son had a birthday party there on the 29th of April. I paid for a platinum package and assured I would receive the best service possible.

After jumping they went to the party room. Once in there we was a placement short - after having 3 female members of staff tell me that my party was for 10 guests they would not accept that I had booked for 11. Luckily the person who booked this come and solved the issue. But that does not take away the fact I had 3 members of staff so unprofessional and was adamant I was wrong before checking this out. After 10 minutes I was able to go into the party room ( bearing in mind you only get 30 minutes ) to find the ketchup and mustard bottle was disgusting beyond belief. Again having to find a member of staff and asking to change these it’s safe to say it didn’t happen.

Within the platinum package I was suppose to receive a party host. She was no where to be seen till my guests were leaving. So again I had to find someone else to sort out my sons birthday cake.

After complaining on the 29th of April, to a couple of people, i today have only just received a response. I’m extremely unhappy. I was taken away from my sons party to deal with stupid mishaps !!

Don't bother with a platinum package birthday party, not worth it!!



Dedicated party host is anything but dedicated. She had no interactions whatsoever with the children, left them in the safety briefing room unsupervised (20mins before safety briefing was due to start) and disappeared. She then found me a while later to tell me the party room was ready and disappeared again.



We chose Oxygen as a venue as we were advised that they could provide a dairy free pizza as part of the package. When I got the call from Croydon center, I ask to confirm that they could provide dairy free cheese for the pizza, the supervisor told me that a dairy free pizza at oxygen consists of a pizza base covered in ketchup! She then agreed that this was not really a dairy free pizza and offered to provide lactofree cheese. However when we arrived, our party host said she knew nothing about this and would provide my daughter with a pizza base covered in ketchup. Luckily, I had brought some lactofree cheese with me.



Unlimited squash consists of one jug of squash and two jugs of water which went down very quickly after an hour of bouncing, I had to go and find a member of staff to get a refill.



On top of it, we were not given the tshirt and vouchers as indicated on the package, I assumed they would be in my daughter's party bag. I emailed to enquiry about this and was told I left them behind. I checked and double checked the room before leaving (you know what kids are like, a cardigan over here, a coat over there) and nothing was left in there. I was told I need to go back to the trampolining park to collect them myself. they can't even post the vouchers to us!



It is a shame as the children had an amazing time bouncing and pizzas are really good. Shame the customer service is so poor!!

on Saturday 24th Feb I booked for myself and my four year old to do free jumping our time was from 5pm. while in our session my son was on his own independent trampoline visable to my eye sight and in front on me , this day was very busy and minimal staff could be see. Multiple time i had to say to older adults to be careful as younger children where around and they where flipping and bouncing on trampolines which where already in use and as states on your signs no double bouncing and only one person per trampoline at 5.45 a grown adult flipped in the air on to the trampoline knocking my son over laying on top on a 4 year old and bouncing him on off with him gaining a bump to the head following this I was then unable to see any staff and had to pick up my injured son to find staff once doing this no staff spoke to the individual or removed them. My son was taken into what was ment to be the fisrt aid room by the member of staff i found and was given a ice pack this member of staff did not fill out a accident form but got another member of staff to fill it out this should not have been done as the first member of staff which was the person doing first aid on my son not the second staff member. neither staff member seemed bother or concerned about what had happened neither did they show any knowledge of first aid for children neither did they monitor my son for any period of time, which led me to think neither of them had first aid I am first aid trained and qualified and watch how they delt with it made me sick and even more angry.

I then requested to speak to the manager and having done this I asked how many people where jumping that day to the ratio of staff he was unable to answer and his staff both said they where over today in numbers. I then asked the manger to view the cctv to show me where his staff where as he claimed he puts them on areas and they move around this through out my whole visit was not visable. Sunday morning I then resulted in taking my son to may day hospital and his eye had then become swollen this shows staff did not check over my son I am absolutely disgusted with the staff and management for there lack of concern and first aid and not following the rules this matter need to be looking into and I will take it further as a result cctv need to be viewed and I would also like to see it myself to show there was no staff present. I have photo images of my son's eye and a doctors record. I am happy to be contacted via phone and if need be I will meet with some one higher then the Croydon manager to speak about this incident failing to do so this will be escalated.

The worst birthday party experience ever @oxygenfreejumping Croydon, the staff/birthday party staff are undoubtedly the most rudest people I’ve dealt with in a children’s establishment, I work in the public sector and the way I was spoken to and treated today was unacceptable, even I don’t know how I managed to remain calm, but sometimes you can’t react how they want you to but I surly will NOT be returning and I will not stop until someone is held accountable for their actions.



Im not one to vent on social media but today I felt it’s necessary, Your staff ruined my 6yrs nephew and my sisters birthday, You pay so much for these birthday party packages and to be treated in such a rude manor is not acceptable. What really did I just pay for because, a party host was neither here or there, nobody was interested.



I had to be continually chase staff to find out exactly what was going on. The staff spent most their time amusing themselves rather than doing the job they are paid to, and when they had enough and wanted to go home, they then stormed into the party room and said “ Your times up you need to get out now! (EXACT WORDS) Then you go into mention your staff are under 18 and need to go home, I will not even go into the rest it’s just beyond words, totally disgusted.



This was my first experience at this trampoline park and will definitely be my last, because of that how’s oxygen chooses to deal with your visitors I will not be participating, I’m not done with you, trust me your, head office will know my name..

Pre-payment for fitness classes - NOT HONOURED



Bought promotion along with friends to pay for 10 fitness classes in advance before Christmas and we attended those that were on before then although obviously there were no classes over the festive period. After returning in January we continued booking online until one week our accounts showed NO credits left. Having only used 6 of them we contacted Oxygen by phone and were told that they had to book manually for us, no particular reason given. The following week, same thing, but this time told that the promotion had finished but our credits would be honoured but had to ring to book the class and it would be done manually. However, this week we are now told (rudely) that any remaining credits will NOT be honoured and they should have been used within a certain time. None of this was advised at time of purchase and it surely is not our fault that there are no classes over Christmas!! We have no issue with the actual classes but customer service is poor and money has been taken under false pretences. At no point were we told that our credits had to be used within a certain time, we were not provided with any T&C's and Oxygen are quite prepared to take money and not provide the service paid for!! They have just changed the promotion without honouring one already paid for. Extremely disappointed that they disregard regular customers in such a poor way.

Please can someone explain to me how this morning i booked and paid for a 'peaceful play' session for my two severe learning teenagers only to find out by friends who were trying to book the same session, that it didnt exist and it was cancelled ??? This session is aimed at disabled and severe/autistics. The lights are lowered, music turned down, and discounted. Apparently the session has been cancelled in favour of money earning parties. They had no intention of telling me or any other parent who has booked the session and said ' let croydon deal with the fallout when parents with disabled turn up and want their quiet session. Disgusting and immoral and discrimination. Shame on you croydon.

It's too busy, and far too dangerous. There's a "safety video" at the start that no one listens to as they're too busy talking amongst themselves and the video is almost silent with no subtitles.... Nobody listens to the advice given on the video or on boards around the complex and I witnessed first hand the injuries these places can cause... We left early, never to return..... Don't bring your kids here unless you want them leaving with an injury
