Instead of jumping through puddles, come and jump at Oxygen - it’s a lot drier with us!
While the kids are climbing through our obstacle course, playing dodgeball or trying out tricks on our performance trampolines, you can relax in our cafe with our £4 coffee & cake deal! (If you’re not joining in bouncing that is 😉)

Went to a birthday party afterschool on a Friday so it was quite scarce and not crowded at all.

The staff were very helpful and super courteous. The staff in the play area are very vigilant.

The party rooms are well maintained and the set up is very organised . The plates and cups were already laid out. The staff provided tissues and bin bags too.

My kids really enjoyed it and we hope to go again soon in the near future.

User

Visted yesterday with my son. Have to say was very busy and maybe a smaller number of people should be permitted each seeion. Also non of the kids watched the stafey video and couldn't hear a thing due to the nosie, think parents should stay with their children for this part as apart from about 4/5 partents all children were unsupervised and were not listening and running around and jumping all over the seats.

However, i can not thank staff highly enough. I had an accident while moving between trampolines, falling and twisting my ankle. Staff helped me off the trampolines, stayed with me helped look after my little boy until the amblance arrived. Unfortunately for me resulted in a broken ankle.

But would defo go again maybe not to join in this time, will leave that to the kids

The staff at oxygen Acton are amazing. My son lost his glasses in one of the pillars when jumping with his friends, they were unable to get the glasses at the time but made sure he got home safely, I went back the next day and after an hour of pulling the pillar to pieces literally (a Stanley knife was needed) with 3 staff members the glasses were out and miraculously undamaged!!!! Thank you once again. You were all incredible.

Kids have a lovely time at oxygen free jumping amazing place staff are really good getting the kids involved

User

Went there for the day with friends, friendly staff at the reception and staff do watch the children in the jump centre, they were even playing dodgeball with them, friendly professional and good place to visit.

User

We took our son (7) with 5 friends for his birthday (we didn't book a party) to the Oxygen in Acton. Very easy to book online and, as we completed all our waivers beforehand, we didn't have a long wait at reception when we arrived. The kids had fun so it's a thumbs up from us.

User

We had a great time jumping at the toddler session a few months ago. Been sent several flyers with discount codes only to be very disappointed because none of the voucher codes work. On further investogation, a chat with someone in Wolverhampton, I've now discovered the code doesn't apply to the toddler (under 5) session. So why do you keep sending me these promotions with pictures of kids and Easter bunnies only for them not to even apply to us? We were going to book am Easter jumping session for myself and my two little ones. I was told on the phone that these sessions are 'already discounted'?? Still an expensive trip out for us so we won't be going now.

User

Very busy so mine had 2 wait along time just 2 go on things and when they only get a hour very unfair as the price it high to just be waitting in lines and there was alot they wasnt aload on as closed which should have signs before you pay all that money 2 get in.

I previously left a 1 star review as after ringing and emailing for month and months they still hadn't arranged an autism hour.. no music, dimmer lights etc.

Yesterday we attended the autism hour, our daughter loved it, the sad thing was, there was just her and another autistic child there for the whole hour and he was a much older child, 16/17 I'd say.

The autism hour is on Mondays at 12, the fact they have an autism hour is brilliant but this day/time is of no use to ANY autistic child..

Autism isn't usually diagnosed until the child is almost 4, and by that time they are starting school, so to have an autism hour during school time is going to be pointless, as younger kids won't have the diagnosis and older autistic children usually stay in school until they are in their 20's...

Our daughter had an inset day yesterday which allowed us to go but I can't help thinking that should they move the autism hour to a Saturday morning it would be the fastest selling session every week...

Genuinely hope you take the above comments on board.

Thanks.

Quite frankly the attitude of some of staff memebers once being told that there was a mouse running around upstairs in the cafe area was a joke. We were then approached by a lady I can only assume was a manager who told us she rang pest control. Which in all fairness was all she could do. However a mouse, a cafe and children are NOT a good combination. Clearly more needs to be done in the way of pest control. The jump park is fantastic though.

User

the most disgusting customer service and head office i have ever come across in my life!!!! lied to me over and over called me a liar out right, ignoring me, no replys to email one fella pretending to be about 3 people from head office! last years birthday party was unorginised and awful the staff didnt know simple first aid! the head office is run by a bunch of rude arrogant usless humans! over priced took the sliver package away this year to make you pay more and 100% not worth the agro! all i wanted to do was book my daughters birthday party here again...even tho the first one was a sham for the money i paied she wanted it there and i ended up having to take my custom elsewhere even righting a complaint in a email i got flobbed off again!

User

We just finished my son birthday party at the oxygen and I think everything was really great till the end I went to buy drink for my son I really meet a man his name is mecale or something am not sure but he is a manager there I really surprised that’s he is really so rude and he doesn’t know how to talk I take a photo for him and I ask the stuff to send me the branch manager and I really don’t want any one to have same problem

User

The worst ever party we have had for our son . We booked a big room . We ended up in a small room with 3 children standing up . The host was more like a ghost as we saw her to give the kids their socks and 2-3min to give the cake to us . She told me that the kids should eat the cake by their hands . All the food ,cleaning and serving was done by me ,on my own as there was no room for other adults . The room became so staffy and kids hairs were so sweaty they looked like they have had shower . Now ,for the trampolining area -absolute chaos ,overcrowded with children on a ques for a single run . Teenagers doing somersaults and running fearsfuly against children who were 5. Founded very unsafe and truly rinjury risking on some areas. Because of the huge number of children and the noise levels staff ,probably 4-5 people for more then a 100 of kids could not be heard even their best effort of shouting. Because of this I was running from side to side to see if everyone is safe.....let alone having fun. A child was so badly injured he was taken in an ambulance.

This is my first ever venue review and an official complain will be sent .

User

Some of the worst customer service i have ever experienced. Which is a massive shame as the actual class we attended was lots of fun. I will never go back caused by the customer service of the truly lazy, incompetent staff at head office and at the actual park

User

Please please don’t take any expensive things like your phone, wallet,or anything else bcz there lockers are shit anybody can open those lockers. After anything happens even staff is not friendly they very rude and if ask for manager to check the cc tv they say they are not allowed. I visited Oxygen at Acton 03/03 and it was my worst jumping experience ever.

It all started with the health and safety video, which is more a cartoon, whilst in GoJumpin which I visited a few months ago it was a proper video course with real-life examples.

Then I proceeded to the trampolines and a chaos started. Kids kept jumping recklessly and didn’t follow any rules (first of all, 1 person per trampoline) and instructors didn’t pay any attention to that.

Eventually, when I was jumping on a trampoline alone a kid suddenly jumped on mine and whilst I was in the air I had to change my trajectory in order not to jump straight on him and severally injure that kid.

As a result, I injured my foot, have a massive bruise on my finger and limp.

Hope someone will take that into account and you can at least do some slots with no 'under 10s' or at least ask your safety instructors to pay attention to what's going on around them.

User

I don’t really know where to start with this other than to say please don’t book your child’s birthday party here.

We had my son’s 8th birthday there yesterday and it was so thoroughly appalling I can’t quite believe it is allowed to continue to operate.

We had paid for the platinum package yesterday. Online it was near impossible to find out what was offered in each package and as such I paid extra for the party bags. Being 37 weeks pregnant I wanted all of the stress taken out of organising a kid’s party. I eventually telephoned the company to find out what was included, having paid for everything online, and discovered that party bags were included in the package, I asked for a refund for the additional amount I had paid for the party bags and was told I’d need to sort that out on the day.

One of the main advantages of the platinum package is a dedicated party host. Someone, you’d think, who would be there from start to finish, helping with the kids, answering questions, helping to bring the party together. In fact our host introduced herself for about 30 seconds just as the kids were going in, the rest of the staff too busy and too inept to play any part in organising things. So I was left handing out socks and wrist bands with no explanation of what to do or where to take the kids as they arrived. Between myself, my dad and my husband we managed to figure out what had to happen in terms of getting the kids into the play area.

When I raised the overpayment for party bags with staff they said that they couldn’t deal with it here and would give me an email address to send a message to.

Anyway, we got on with the party. I went into the jumping park to keep an eye on what was going on.

I was appalled at what I saw in there. I saw maybe 3 members of staff, most of whom spent some if not most of their time talking to each other, looking at their phones or just generally staring into space.

Adults are allowed to wander in and out uncounted, unmonitored and without any sort of supervision or oversight. It is a safeguarding disaster and it is amazing that something awful hasn’t yet happened.

Inside the kids are running riot with next to no supervision from staff whatsoever. Bigger kids hitting smaller kids with items from the foam pit. Other kids misusing the equipment without any intervention.

I mean I was truly horrified by how this place operates. The staff are totally inadequate in terms of numbers but also efficacy.

Just as we were collecting up our group, despite being promised that our ‘dedicated host’ would appear to help round the kids up, again it was left to us. I got all the kids in one place and did a head count only to realise we were one child short.

I alerted staff to this immediately. After a few minutes it became clear that one of the 8 year olds in attendance had injured his arm and had been in the medical room. Staff told me they had looked for me but couldn’t find me when in actual fact I was stood on the ground floor in the middle of the jump zone throughout (despite being heavily pregnant) to try and ensure I could do my best to be visible to the kids and staff in case I was needed. In actual fact the issue was that because our host had disappeared and because staff are so woefully useless, no-one has any idea which kid was with which party and when things go wrong there is no plan at all as to how to contact the parent in charge of the group. Truly truly shocking.

Anyway, I got into the medical room and, in front of the poor 8 year old, staff told me that he had probably dislocated his arm and someone needed to take him to hospital straight away.

Now whilst the advice was sensible (he had in fact broken his arm in two places falling off monkey bars - how this was possible in a soft play trampoling park I cannot imagine - I didn’t see the monkey bars but I am significantly concerned that the floor underneath the bars was clearly sufficiently hard and the bars sufficiently high that an 8 year old can fall off and break his arm in that area - obviously a matter for his parents as to what action they take), the manner in which this advice was delivered was utterly unforgivable. The tone of these conversations were such that they absolutely should not have happened in front of the clearly upset child. The way in which staff spoke totally freaked this kid out.

I stayed with the child but because of the lack of the ‘dedicated party host’ found myself running up and down two flights of stairs, trying to supervise the other 11 kids and look after the injured child.

The party room itself is a total joke. It is a small, dark soulless room with the radio turned up loudly and playing through a TV. Despite ordering hot dogs and pizza, no hot dogs were provided. Despite the unlimited squash, once the jugs were empty, they were not refilled. I pleaded with the ‘dedicated party host’ to stay in our room and help supervise because I was running up and downstairs but this didn’t happen.

It took 10 mins for the cake to be brought out which happened late and meant that before the children had been picked up, our host was tidying around us. Meaning that worried and annoyed parents were waiting downstairs to pick their kids up as no member of staff was capable of informing them where we were.

There were no balloons or decorations of any sort in the room despite them being included in the package and the party bags themselves are pathetic (a straw, a ballon, 4 stickers and a wrist band).

Overall the experience was horrific. I got home and cried for 15minutes.

It is like a factory with no regard given to safety or customer experience. It is a disaster waiting to happen and I really and truly urge you not to organise a party here.

Had my sons birthday party had the superheroes package, didn’t get what was meant to be there in the package (hot dogs and ice cream ) after the party when I asked the manager, he said to me brings your kids to eat the hotdog and ice cream some other day ,no sorry was offered on top he said to me it’s not my problem, still waiting for Samantha the other manager for her call for past one week . Worse customer service first and last birthday with them . Waste of £30 per child .

Be aware, I've been charged instead of refund and not refund yet

If you still want to go to this place, be aware of the what and how much you will be charged in this place. I've been charged additional two times instead of being refund and now I'm thinking to take a legal action against them. The help team ignores all my calls and messages online. It looks like no has any responsibility in that place. I have all calls recorded with their help team. I'm not going to go to this place and recommend everyone to think about your kids in case if anything happens, how ignorant such place is.
