Worth the wait...queuing for a time slot may not be for everyone, but the food is worth the wait. Simple and very honest food - without doubt the best pasta I’ve eaten. Can’t wait to go again.

This is the first time I have been to a pasta restaurant less allow Padella pasta, but I have to say this is the best restaurant I've been to for a long time! The staff and the food are excellent! It was well worth the wait for the table! But my friend's company was the best part o the evening! Still, fantastic!!

This is a gem of a find in Borough Market - well worth the queue to get in.



If you are looking for somewhere to go for a leisurely meal and long natter with friends this is not the place for you, as it has a small number of covers and the service there is by necessity very prompt for a quick turnover of tables. All the food we had was faultless and we will definitely be going back again and again. �

This is a fantastic place to eat, freshly cooked pasta in a spotless restaurant just in the corner of Borough Market.

If you can fit it in you will not be disappointed!

Simply amazing. Whatever your nationality, or where you’re from, if you like pasta you MUST go here. The wait wasn’t bad at all, even though there was quite a line in front of us. The prices are unbeatable and of course the taste is fantastic. So good!

Popped in for a quick late lunch... I was on my own so sat at the counter. The Gnocchi is delicious and the service and atmosphere friendly. I could eat lunch here every day... Will be back for dinner with some company!

Gem of a place if you love pasta,all the staff are friendly and service is quick and the food is delicious definitely worth the wait for a table.

Excellent food - best Italian I have been to!! just make sure they take your details after you've queued so you get that text to say your tables free- nearly forgot us after 2.5hour wait!!

Can’t beat this place! If I could only go to one restaurant ever again, I’d choose Padella. Went for lunch on Friday had the most amazing taglierini with Exmouth mussels, chilli, garlic & oregano.....so good!!! Cheap too....lunch with 3 glasses of wine (don’t judge me) & service was under £28. Service friendly & efficient, thank you Francis!

Amazing place which is well hidden, the hidden gem of Borough Market. Fresh pasta made in front of you to order, taste is fantastic & well worth queuing to get in, will definitely be back

Absolutely delicious prapadelle pasta - beef and liver! Omg! To die for!

The sour bread with virgin olive oil was sour but good. The chicken liver pasta was delicious and fresh. The chocolate tart with yogurt was very well balanced. Overall the food was good quality and the 1h wait was ok. But overall I think something was missing and that could be because of the very limited space. I felt squashed. I would prefer to go to Over or Vapiano just for the ease of getting food and the space to enjoy it. I am not a fan of bar stools and it was not great to sit on one for 1.5h dinner. Perfect for hot dates!

The absolute best Gnocchi I have ever eaten in my life. So worth the wait. Can’t wait to go back

Loved the food but queuing outside in the cold is a real hassle! I seriously recommend that the management considers table reservations

Nice food was expecting a little better.

Well, that was disappointing. Queued for 50 minutes and it was tiny serves of ordinary pasta and crap service. Not sure how they got their reputation. Ended up going for calamari and chips in the market straight afterwards.
