A pitch perfect display of awesome spear play
11th May 2019 - PMAA 14th Anniversary.
So my guys have been busily working away behind the scenes for a small get together for our 14th Anniversary dinner and drinks.
So I'm sending out an open invite to my martial friends to come and join us on that Saturday for a great evening of fantastic food, drink, banter... never know... one or two of the guys might even pitch themselves up for a performance of Pak Mei Kung Fu... depending on the restaurant they book and the space.
... Please let me know if you are interested, as obviously we need to put names on list for the restaurant, etc... when my guys sort out the times and restaurant I will let you know the details for the evening.
Should prove to be a very exciting evening.

Such a lovely sunny day i even got my legs out.
Beautiful day in Kennington Park I thought I would do a impromptu performance of GBT.
Next time I post a video of me performing will have both sea views and Carribean, Alaskan and Mexican backdrops.
The Pheonix Eye Punch... "One Shot One Kill". Having some Easter Egg frivolity this morning.
Shaolin Ditang Quan.
I remember learning this contemporary Mantis boxing routine back in the 80's
Shek Kin aka Han from Enter the Dragon
Was a great afternoon yesterday training in Kennington Park, the sun was out, the grass was dry, everyone in a happy jovial mood.
Here a couple of the guys conditioning their stances and legs... before we went on to Haang Ma, and application involving some throwing and take down techniques on the grass.
Just finished a private 121 class in my back patio... it might not be massive, but then the student was out of breath and shoulders, arms, aching literally after learning and performing Haang Ma - Walking the Horse combined together with some conditioning exercises.
The student was like... Sifu, I've seen you perform in your videos and elsewhere in person, you make it look so simple... but Sifu, Pak Mei is so hard to to learn..!
Morning all, thought I would share this post into my PMAA room.
My treatment room is open for clients from now until July 2019 for clinical acupuncture and tui na medical massage, treating all things musculosketal, neurological, gastrointestinal, cardio-respiratory, men's/women's health, and more.
For a limited time only, I am offering some fantastic treatment package deals on holistic / deep tissue massage to press and stretch out those tired, sore, aching muscles whether fr...om either a long stressful day at work or hard session/game playing the physical activity you love most.
For appointment days/times and availability, message me directly via Facebook, messenger or phone on 07956924459 or contact via email davestevens1971@hotmail.com.

Sei Ping Ma Bu
Not an actual Pak Mei form, probably more of an adaption from another form... that said probably an ideal form to learn as the walking stick isn't deemed an offensive weapon.
Here we see Micky Lee Sifu from Pak Mei Paai performing a walking stick set.
