Panesar Wellbeing was launched by amazing people just like you. People who have suffered mental health issues, depression, panic attacks, significant trauma and have successfully re-built their lives. We teach you the coping mechanisms we used. . .

The Telegraph (06 /12) published an article which highlighted that stress has become the main cause of long-term sickness absence for the first time across the British workforce, overtaking acute illnesses like cancer. We live in a stressful time with many factors out of our own control. However, how you react, how positive you are and how you cope is down to only one person and that person is you.

We are all unique, therefore our experiences are different, how we perceive situations and how we each react to stress is specific for each of us. The emphasis of our wellbeing service is on the individual and we will help you find a solution. After all what is more empowering then taking control of your own life? Therefore, consider that for you to accomplish a better state of wellbeing, you need to adopt and use everything that works specifically for you.

Our group training sessions include Mindfulness Meditation, Counselling Skills, Coaching. Reiki, Art-Therapy, Hypnotherapy and Self- Transformation.

Prior to a session, all participants must complete a pre-screening questionnaire. This is because we may not be the best option for you at the moment - if not us, we will recommend you to medical professionals who are.
