So you’ve just invested in a hair free future but there is lots of things to remember before each appointment here are some top tips... 1. Avoid fake tan or sun exposure 6 weeks before and after treatment. 2. Wear loose clothing to your appointment, tight clothing will trap in heat and can cause heat rash. 3. If there are any items of clothing you would like to keep on during treatment make sure they are light in colour preferably white to avoid us catching them with the lase...r. 4. Keep cool just before treatment and after if your body temperature is up (ie you have come straight to clinic from the gym) then you are more likely to get a heat reaction within the skin. 5. Shave the day before, while shaving the same day is ok it can make treatment more sensitive. 6. Medication if any medication has changed or you have been on any antibiotics please let us know prior to treatment as some medications mean we can’t treat or have to wait a period of time before we can treat. This microneedling treatment combines skin coloured pigment, niacinamide and peptides for effective brightening and anti ageing properties leaving your skin glowing and looking like you have a tinted moisturiser on (but we like to think of it as our very own Instagram filter!) .
