Parker Dairies Description
We are a small independent dairy in East London established in 1986 by milkman John Parker. Since starting with just a few customers we have now grown to 30 milk rounds covering nearly all of east London and surrounding areas (Ilford, Woodford etc). Most of our round staff (Milkmen) have a long service in the doorstep dairy trade and are all self-employed on a commission only basis, and so giving excellent service. We always aim to give the level of service that we would expect from ourselves and with over 12, 000 customers we like to think we are doing something right!
Its more than just whole milk and eggs we deliver these days, we carry most types of milk and a very extensive range of fresh, heavy and /or convenience products. We nowadays carry over 100 convenience lines, the large heavy stuff that you do not want to have to struggle home with, fresh lines like tasty cheese, Country life butter, fresh bread, including crusty bloomers and granary loaves, and also the famous milkman's fresh orange in pint bottles, and much much more.
Remember all our glass bottles are returnable. Once returned they are sterilised and then reused, now how environmentally friendly is that, and . . . How many time have you popped to the shop for a pint of milk and walked out with a bag of impulse purchases. There is NO delivery charge. We welcome weekly or monthly accounts, and accept cash or cheques and BACS for Businesses.
Call us and give us a try for a week, nothing is set in stone if you need to change your order at any time it is not problem, simply tell your mikman , and as they say, " nothing venture, nothing gained! "
