We are very happy to be bringing you a very special training camp event this October with one of the original founding members of Parkour Generations, now the driving force behind Parkour DXB, and an original pioneer of the discipline from France – Stephane Vigroux!
During the 2 day intensive Parkour Origins training camp with Stephane you will be exposed to his ideas, through practical exercises and methods to master your movement and your mind, embrace fear, overcome it and... develop applicable habits to improve your daily life. This is an intensive training experience with one of the true experts and originating forces of the discipline. Stephane was recently one of the international coaching team at our central Rendezvous International Parkour Gathering in London, and he had such a great time connecting with the community here that he just had to come back.
The Parkour Origins event runs from 9am to 6pm both Saturday and Sunday, October 13-14, and will be held exclusively outside at London’s famous training spots. The course is packed with information, training protocols, philosophy, psychological tools and more – you’ll go away with a tonne of new material and an insight into the ‘old ways’ of training that gave birth to the discipline and the original athletes.
Strictly limited places available, first come first served.
Dates: 13-14 October 2018 Times: 9-6 both days Venue: London training spots Price: £390

Terrain Training // Parkour is a concept and method of practice that directly involves your surroundings, demanding adaptation of body, mind and movement to navigate spaces. The result is a resilient, capable, creative and powerful individual. The goal isn’t to achieve one-off stunts or tricks, but to move effortlessly, fluidly and effectively across terrain.
PKGen’s Kevin Francomme teaches at our daily classes in London, and there are few better to learn from.

It’s been scientifically proven than learning parkour increases your chances of surviving an apocalypse scenario. Because science.
That’s why we had a blast working on this zombie movie, Patient Zero starring Matt Smith, Stanley Tucci and Natalie Dormer. For this one we provided stunt work and parkour action, in particular for the deadly fast zombies!
It’s only just been released after some lengthy delays, but go check it out!

Went for my first parkour class tonight and absolutely loved it! Exceeded my expectations! Everyone was so friendly and made sure to help me out (because I was clearly terrible!) I can't praise it enough!

User

We booked Parkour for my sons 8th birthday party. He had the best time along with his friends. It was well organised and stress-free. Jack & Richard, the instructors on the day were exceptional with the kids and I couldn’t rate them highly enough!

User

Unfortunately I haven't had the chance to get to London but it's been a great pleasure to know some of the greatest coaches, dedicated and inspiring athletes but most of all, excellent human beings! Parkour Generations is where knowledge and practice meet freedom!

User

Some of the finest people and finest Parkour coaches I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. Go check out the Chainstore!

User

So more than a year ago I had my first class with parkour generations, and I love it.

The people, the friendly knowledgeable coaches and the atmosphere there is awesome.

I'm always coming out of a class learning something new or improving on something. The classes and events are something I look forward to when I've had a long day or a long week.

Chainstore in itself is interesting and there's always something you can do.

Its a lot of fun and you learn more about your body and the way it moves or can move.

:)

My 10 year old son loves this sport and, possibly even more importantly, he loves this group and the Trainers. He looks forward to his Friday night sessions at Westminster. He turned up a few minths ago without knowing any one. The big-brother style Trainers made him feel safe, encouraged and welcome. Since then his skills have developed immensely; not to mention his confidence. This crew know their stuff and deserve this five star rating.

User

My 10 year old son Elijah had such a good time at Parkour Generations - we'd planned to just drop in and ended up staying for a 3 hour youth camp session. The coaches were really great - encouraging, supportive and inspiring. Elijah learnt some new techniques and now has some new challenges in his sights.

User

Just about the nicest group of people you could ever wish to meet.

Oh, and they aren't bad at Parkour too!

User

Inspirational and knowledgeable coaches. I've learned so much from them from attending various events as well as my ADAPT certification courses.

User

Had an awesome three days training and exploring in the concrete jungle known as London with Parkour Generations! Now on our way back to home sweet home. Thank you for the awesome experience, will definitely be back for more!

User

Guys you rock. Great teaching, energy,... Looking forward to my next class!

User

Great guys, awesome coaches and they really know what they are doing. Ton of knowlege on parkour and fitness in general! Whoever you are and whatever you do, you will learn alot!

User

Great Classes, Suitable for all levels of experience.

User

Brought my 4yo to the family parkour class with Leon today and it was brilliant. Leon has a true gift for running a family fitness activity. It was challenging for the adults, engaging for the kids and fun for all of us. Such a cool experience. Made my daughter feel so grown up to do an activity with me where she could see me really trying hard and boosted her confidence to be able to do the same things as the adults. We will definitely make this a staple in our family's schedule. Thanks for a great class!

User

As a coach myself I know a good one when I see one and Parkour Generations has them by the truck-load!!

User

An amazing group and a perfect way to stay in shape.

User

A really amazing group of inspirational peeps and great instructors. So much fun I feel like a happy kid again and the world is once again my playground :?)

User

A great place with very help staff, will return again soon

User

It's onw of the most qualifed parkour assosiatin in Europe and the world, coaches and lessons are hard as fuck but gives you all you need to understand the mind form and phisical form to train healthy and for long time.

The only thing i have to say about them it's about the event , like de RDV. It's 10 years they created that event, and nowdays is an international event, i found strange that they don't create a price for who comes from abroad, or they don't think about gives us the opportunity to sleep in the gym, the hostel and hotel are madly expansive in London, like the flight, the prizes are tooooooo much for someone from abroad. i paid 100£ and they gave me only a rubber band as a gift?! really? if i want a tee i have to pay another 20£?!
