What can I say about Parris Cues that has not been said already? Well, its a small shop. But when you see the sign Parris Cues not just for the first time but every time you go there you get goose bumps. This really is the home of cue craft at it’s finest.



I know that every time I walk up to the shop from the nearest station, that when the shop comes into view I feel excited. Bearing in mind i’m only just going to get a new tip put on. On the walk to the door the excitement increases until John himself opens the door.



John Parris is a famous snooker cue maker and the encounter with him is the very same as meeting a famous snooker player such is his celebrity status in the game. He has a range of cues on show in his shop that you can try out on the small but almost full size condition table. John will input his many years of experience into getting you the best cue for your shape and size.



But where it comes into it’s true zone is when you have a cue made. From just the basic or though there far from basic collection of Parris cues to the world renowned ultimate cue. Of which the length of time can be long, however at no price can you put on the very top cue you will get back. The excitement as he disappears into the back to emerge with your cue is truly a wonder. Almost like a wizard coming back with a magic wand.



I have a had a Special cue made by him and his wonderful team of cue crafters. I was a massive Jimmy White fan when I was younger, and always wanted a cue that resembled his. After many cues and that includes some made by other top known cue makers I received the cue I had been after for many years. It’s a cue that I will treasure for the rest of my life. And just to take it out of the case and put it together is a pure joy. Such are the beauty of his cues.



After leaving the shop if you have brought a cue or ordered one you can be guaranteed that the cue of your choice will be made to an inch of what you have asked for. And if you don’t like it theres a two week cooling off period in which you can take the cue back. However this doesn’t happen very often if ever.



It is true to say that there are other cue makers in the world. But why would you want to go any where else in the world than here. Where it can be absolutely guaranteed that you will get the finest treatment in the world and at the end a top class engineered cue by the finest of cue crafters in the game. To me there is no better than a Parris Cue.

Hello I'm Liam and im trying to find a really good cue i found Parris cues through the Ronnie O'Sullivan picture on google images at the moment I haven't got deep enough pockets but looking to save some money I'd prefer handmade but has anyone got a recommendation I'm 6ft 2 inches so not sure how tall the cue will have to be to hold my height thanks in advance 😊

Am a proud owner of 2 Parris cues and they are by far the best I have used.

Come to the shop yesterday and was welcome right away. Staff are very helpful but the cues do the talking. I was like a fat kid in a sweet shop. Every cue is outstanding. After the help of the staff I managed to find a cue I loved. Best cues in the world. If you haven't been then make sure you do before you buy a cue from anywhere else.

10 years ago I bought a second hand "MASTER CUE"....It was the best buy I've ever made. Still using it today. I'm 72 years old,and still do breaks of 30+.

order a cue over 1 and half year, nothing news until now. First time i have asked the waiting time is half year, second time they changed to 1year, third time they changed again 1and half year, and now over 1and half year, i have no idea what happened...... only things i know they said they are top class..... nothing more..................................... .....

There's a rumour going round that there is one cue of Parris's somewhere in the world that is well made and has even splices. I don't believe it myself. It is probably a Thai cue that's been badged as a Parris.
