The pasties are nice but very expensive, even charging 35p for a portion of sauce, £4.55 for a large pasty and £1.75 for a bottle of diet coke, so you think that with that margin they would be able to pay for good staffing. No, one person service EVERY lunchtime I go in, always a huge queue and this never improves. They really need to sharpen their pencil in terms of service and stop concentrating solely on the bottom line.
