Patisserie Valerie. Open early to late, 7 days a week and in two locations Patisserie Valerie is the place in St Pancras International for hand crafted.

When I’m in London I always visit this particular patisserie Valerie, Food never disappoints always plenty of choice and the service is 2nd to none

The Bromley branch is our spot for the treat... Can't fault it. Prices are high, but now and then it's worth a visit. �

Service was good, afternoon tea was great. Highly recommend this place in Ealing Broadway shopping centre, Will definitely return one day.

My daughter took me there for my birthday, staff are very polite and friendly.

Marble Arch branch is great. Love the breakfast menu and excellent service. We always make a point of staying nearby when we are in London for the weekend just so we can have a Valerie's breakfast!

Fantastic assortment of cakes chocolates pastries and cheesecakes . My favourite place to brighten my day with friends and to especially have coffee and cake on a rainy weekend .

Brilliant customer service. Very welcoming and catered for every need. The afternoon tea is delicious 😋 I visited Wimbledon branch!!!

The atmosphere was beautiful. Delicious waffle and cake. Terribly dissapointed by the slow service. It was a slow afternoon but the waitress failed to notice us sitting at the table for about 10 mins until we gesture her to come over. Coffee arrived minutes later but again customer service dissappoints when waitress did not even ask which coffee is requested by whom, but simply putting it on the table. Not impressed. I will perhaps take away the cake next time but will avoid the place.

Cakes were OK but smell inside the shop was not pleasent. Smelled like old house

Portions seemed small compared to the price paid and the person taking the order which I believe that she was the shop manager , was quite pushy and in the face but at the same time not paying attention to what i was ordering and started talking to her co worker.

Very poor service. Lots of other customers complaining about the poor service, customers walking out, wrong orders being sent to tables, shocking. I'm still waiting to be contacted by their head office.

Absolutely terrible service. A group of 4 waited 30 mins on a quiet day with no service I've had to call the waiters 4 times before getting served. No apology or anything!! Just a joke and ridiculous!!!
