Pause. Breathe. Move Description

Yoga teaches us to take a moment to pause everyday. To become aware of our breathe. And to take the opportunity to move.

Kundalini Yoga is a style of yoga that still includes all the original elements of yoga such as pranayam (breathing exercises), meditation, and chanting mantras. The yoga focus more on dynamic movements than static stretching and there is always a focus on mindfulness.
These classes are taught in English.
