About us and what we do!

We are here to make sure your pc does not crash on you any more!
Whether it be tutorials on how to understand your PC more, repair and fix your PC or installation and configuration of new PC's , we offer a fast and friendly service that will leave you feeling satisfied and with a working computer!

We are a recently new business so we are only able to do house visits with cash payments!

So if you find yourself in need of efficient and quick service to help you and your PC, please leave us an email or phone us and we will get back to you ASAP!

On top of these services we will also build and set up pc's from scratch, so if you don't feel like paying those awful retail prices, tell us what you need and we'll order it, build it and set it up for you!

Due to transport reasons we only operate within a five mile radius of Chelmsford, after this you will need to pay for travel expenses on top.

We can also set up and configure Macintosh machines and help with configuring Time Capsules and Bootcamp.

PRICE LIST:

Call out charge: £10 within 5 miles (15 pounds
there after)

Set up and configuration (PC /Mac): £50

Building a PC: cost of parts + 25% of total bill

Building + set up and configuration: cost of parts + £25 (half price
configuration) + 25% of total
bill

Business consultation*: £15 per month (includes 3 free
call outs)

Speed up /Clean up**: £25

Hardware repair: cost of hardware + £40

Tuition: £10 per hour



* This entitles the subscriber to over the phone consultation at no charge for 7 days a week 9am to 5pm call outs after this will cost £20 up to 12pm.

** Includes disk de-fragmentation, virus and spyware scan, uninstall of unwanted programs, Microsoft configuration and dust.
