We went for our first wedding anniversary. Our suite was amazing. We were shown to our room by staff. We arrived at 11:00 for a 14:00 check in as we were going to have lunch first and the hotel checked us in at 11:00.



The spa was amazing. Spoilt for choice with pools. We had dinner and returned to our room that night where we had a bat flying round. The duty manager gave us the Granary suite instead and the Granary was amazing. It’s the white cottage like building next to the outdoor pool. The hotel gave us a late check out, the Granary, a free teddy bear and use of the spa all day the following day instead of leaving by the usual 2 pm.



The suite, late check out, teddy bear and not making us leave at the normal time were great gestures as a bat in a bedroom is not something we would blame the hotel for as the windows were open.



Food and drink is expensive but it’s a five star hotel so it’s going to be.



On the whole an amazing experience and my wife and I loved every second.

Totally and without doubt, the best spa I’ve been too! Staff exceptional, we had the Lily suite and it was outstanding! Evening meal was fantastic (Although we were seated next to a family with two very small.. and loud babies) not great for a romantic spa break but apart from that food and staff first class. Room service breakfast was amazing and came in a hamper with tea and hot food too!

Took my mum for afternoon tea and we were spoilt. The ambiance, service and food were amazing and fabulous. Nothing was too much. Very impressed. Thank you to the staff that looked after us.

This was my first visit to Pennyhill Park for afternoon tea. The service was exceptional & the tea..... all I can say is that they serve the best afternoon tea I have ever eaten. I would definitely recomend this to anyone looking for a lovely treat.

Relaxing friendly get away from it all. Food is fresh and healthy as well as sweet options if you want to indulge. The spa has every facility you could ask for, gym , pools indoor and out, therapies and everywhere great staff.

My daughter and I had our first spa stay experience from yesterday afternoon until this afternoon, we were amazed at the room and particularly the bathroom. The spa facilities were great too, our treatment was incredibly relaxing and done to the highest standards. We ate at the brassarie in the evening and spa at lunch the food was wonderful, we had breakfast in our room which was also great but would point out that it doesn't appear clear that you don't have to do this an you can go to the restaurant, only a small point on an otherwise wonderful stay. The staff, especially the concierge, James I believe, we all very nice and helpful to us newbies.

Just had the best ever stay, we have been there several times, but that was the best yet!! Katrina and the ladies on reception were fantastic and couldn’t do more to help, room was gorgeous, food was the best and the weather made it, was so lovely to be able to sit by the pool, can’t wait to go back �

I had a gift voucher for sparkling afternoon tea. Just perfect from start to finish . It's a beautiful setting. The staff are all friendly and the sandwiches ,scones and delicate little cakes were so delicious. The lovely lady playing the piano also set the mood for a very relaxing tea !

Hotel and grounds are amazing, staff could not be more helpful with impeccable manners.

Not a spa person I gave it a go and found it OK, lots of room great indoor and outside pool along with all the sauna and jacuzzis you would think.

The food in all the restaurants we eat in were fantastic.......especially breakfast!

The only minor issue I had was the car park is a fair walk and a steep hill/ path too and from and if it is busy as it was on our visit you have even further to go.

Finally everyone deserves a treat now and then and this is the place for that treat.

Fantastic place. Great service. Great facilites and the restaurant food was fantasic . Was very busy and was unable to get a bed in the spa as people left thier robes and were nowhere to be seen . Bit selfish . Other that what a fantastic memory we have of a beautiful place ans surroundings

Came here 10 years ago and back again this weekend. An awesome place for a fantastic weekend from start to finish. Wonderful friendly staff who can't do enough for you, from Steve, the great guy who valet parked the car and took care of our luggage, to the girls on reception and everyone in the bars and restaurants. We got an upgraded room 'Azalea' because it was a birthday/anniversary celebration and our room was amazing. The spa is out of this world and the attention to detail is nothing like we've had anywhere else. Thanks to all for a truly wonderful break. We WILL be back. 😊😊😊

Beautiful weekend in idyllic surroundings. The spa was amazing and it was wonderful to swim outside and lay in the jacuzzi beds with waiter service :-). Food and service was also very good. Our bedroom was much bigger than anticipated with a decent sized bathroom with both wet room and bath / tv combo. Just one minor thing, the heating in the bedroom was boiling and found it hard to sleep in. Otherwise, great - we'll definitely be back again.

An amazing Sparkling Afternoon Tea in the Ascot Bar/Lounge, excellent service, staff so kind but not intrusive, food presented amazingly and so tasty.. will definitely be back!

Amazing venue and facilities. Our room was gorgeous with a huge wow factor bathroom. We ate in both restaurants and thoroughly enjoyed each. It is clear to see why a Michellin star has been given as it was exceptional.

All three of my treatments were to a high standard. I can highly recommend page who performed my diamond ritual, one of the best I've had. Being served champagne in the Jacuzzi is a lovely touch.

Overall staying here for the weekend was a pleasure and I can't wait to come back.

Amazing hotel and spa...just back from an overnight! Spa was a little busy on the Saturday and shortage of loungers (people put towels down in the morning for the day although most don’t actually use them) but fabulous facilities and very relaxing! We did the taster menu at the Latymer....utterly outstanding, service and food incredible and an experience not to forget! Great service all round and staff everywhere are attentive and helpful! Whilst not a cheap place to stay, the experience was worth it...will return!!

Absolutely spot on. Stayed in the “Willow” room. It’s amazing! It has an upstairs bathroom! Service was great. Room has everything u need and more (DVD player, iPad, tv over the bath!). ONLY downfall with this hotel is the spa is in a separate building and it was chucking it down with rain.. but the spa itself is amazing. Defo will be back!

We were to celebrate 50th b’day weekend, spa and rooms were Gud , but food was below average and service at breakfast was horrible, by the time we reached for breakfast 9:45am everything on counter mostly finished and no hotel staff was there . Food quality very poor .

After 10 years of staying at Pennyhill Park , sadly we won’t be returning
