been coming a while now & love it...but,i ordered food a few days ago & it arrived cold,phoned up & got told cant replace as closing time but offered same meal again for free when i call..just called..i will only get a £5 discount when i spent £16,so much for the replace.lying to customers

I came there for a lunch. There were 5 people working in the food preparation area and only about 8 people in the queue, it took 40 minutes for my meal to be prepared. The excuse was that they were "very busy"! The food was OK, but you wouldn't expect to spend your entire lunch waiting for what is supposed to be "fast food".
