Love my team both East and West

I went yesterday to have a half head of highlights with the lovely Lee. He was very chatty and attentive and gave me a brilliant natural colour of two different blondes. I've booked back in with him again and booked my mum in for a birthday appointment too. I always have a 5 star experience at Percy&Reed and always leave feeling sassy & classy like I've just stepped out of the salon! Thanks guys - happy customer as always x

I visited the East End salon and saw Jenni for a haircut at the end of last year. The whole experience from the moment I stepped through the door to when I left was fantastic. Great customer service by all staff and Jenni was excellent, talking me through every step and what she was doing/why. I felt compelled to write this review as it just simply so good. Definitely plan to return again.

I came into the East End salon looking for someone to take pity on a poor American student with some truly ghastly regrowth and I was saved by Jenni! She matched the tone done by my salon back home flawlessly and between her, Isaac and Sarah I was cared for like a princess. I absolutely cannot wait to use the serum and coupons in my new client goodie bag—I'll be back so soon. Percy & Reed offer truly AMAZING service.

Fabulously talented. Highly recommend Lucy for a fab cut and Olivia for her colour expertise especially great at colour correction. Worth every penny.
