Lovely people, good people skills great prices definitely recommend.

I had a lovely pampering afternoon which started with a pedicure followed by nails and finished off with a totally new hair style. I found everyone very friendly. The hairdresser even advised me with regards to my dry scalp. Overall a great experience. My advice would be to book if you are doing multiple treatments. I enjoyed myself so much I brought my daughter in the next day for a range of services too. Thank you to Clair the Salon manager for making sure I was happy with everything.

I had a lovely pamper session yesterday starting with a pedicure then the cool lift facial which was very interesting but my skin feels baby soft today so I'll be having it again. I also had my eyebrows threaded and finally i have found a place that does them exactly as i asked. It is a very busy salon so I'd advise making an appointment. Everybody was really lovely and i was made to feel really welcome. Thanks ladies �

i wish i could give it 0 stars. it is under new management and the treatment of customers is absolutely disgusting. Do not spend your hard earned money here. The receptionist ( the one who wears glasses ) got into a screaming match with me over something that was HER fault. Do not say one thing to customers and then do the opposite just because it suits you. The way she approached the situation was disgusting and i was very upset. she was hostile, rude and worst she shouted instead of calmly explaining. I have never experienced that sort of treatment ever in a salon. I have been coming to this shop when it was "La boutique" for years with the old management and it was never like this. Please train your staff on how to speak to customers. the staff are inexperienced and VERY SLOW. and trust me the nails do not last. £14 when other shops in the area are £12 and the service and quality of nails are MUCH better!!! Avoid.
