Letter with the logo of my granddad’s interior decorating workshop in Denmark. Specialising in furniture uhpolstry and curtain making. I remember when I was a child and ran around the seamstresses and cutting tables with massive rolls of fabric...🙌🏽 #itrunsinthefamily
This unique piece by Dutch artist Amber Bijl caught my eye at this years @masterpiecelondon. Approx. 800mm dia, the vast amount of Capiz shells mounted on a wood circular backing had a strong yet fragile expression to it - Very striking 👌🏽 It also got my imagination in the direction of a possible Tara Donovan deconstruction of the Verner Panton shell lamp...🤔 @ Masterpiece London
