From whether you want to get fit or want to train to fight, we cater for all mixed levels and abilities and are a very active fighting gym. We have fighters available from novice level to A-class level.
Our gym has top quality equipment to get you fight and strong! from weights to gymnastic equipment and boxing equipment.
Personal and group training is available!
More classes will be added in due course!
