There is a possibility of some power cuts throughout the day.
... All ranges will be open. But the indoor ones might be better for nightvision 🙂

Hi everyone.
Just a note to say that the new ceasefire safety line is in.
Thanks to Mark for organising this.
... You will now be required to stand behind this line during a ceasefire.
If you are the person calling the ceasefire,once you have sounded the hooter,you must wait until everyone is behind this new safety line before you make your way down range.
Anyone with a disability making this procedure awkward will be asked to spin their seat around so they are facing the opposite direction.
Please take a moment on your next visit to familiarise yourself with the new ceasefire procedure notices.

IMPORTANT UPDATE FROM PETE.
Due to some very worthwhile feedback from our members,we will be introducing a new ceasefire procedure in all the ranges at the farm.
In a nutshell, you will be required to stand well away from the shooting benches during a ceasefire.
... Also during busy periods ceasefires will be limited so they are done at regular intervals.
Please read the new notices when you arrive ( and well before )you commence shooting.
We hope You will find this a worthwhile improvement.

Morning everyone.
Just a reminder about the Daystate day at Petes this Sunday. ( 13/01/19 )
You can arrive when you like. ( we are open 24 hrs)
... The actual Daystate bit will be on from about 11am to 2pm.
You have 3 options for the day.
Option 1. Just demo a Daystate and enjoy the presentation. No charge.
Option 2. Use your own rifle and demo a Daystate. Pay normal range fee of £15. ( no time limits)
Option 3. Do an introduction and become a member at Petes ( membership card issued) for a one off special rate of £10(normally £20). You will still need to pay the range fee if you shoot your own equipment but demonstrating a Daystate will be free.
We will be doing introductions throughout the day.

... The team from Daystate will be visiting with a selection of rifles from the past present and maybe even in the future.
You will be able to try these rifles on our indoor range.

The Airgun boot fair and Mark’s charity competition shoot were a huge success.
... Well done Mark and well done Tony and thanks again to everyone who made the effort.
Mark said that almost £300 was made for the hospice.
