ygreat way to spend a couple of hours plenty of stools to browse. Great tea roon/ cafe. We often drive down from Ashford just for cheese on toast and banana milkshake.. can't beat it.

What a fantastic place wish I had found it earlier. Will be going every 2 weeks if not sooner. The variety is amazing from £1 upwards something for everyone. Well worth a trip

This was my second visit so headed straight to the cafe then downstairs for serious shopping. Love it and will be back in the summer for more xxxx

This place was heaving with memorabilia, we spent a good few hours looking around. We stopped halfway round and had a coffee in the Vintage Tea room upstairs. Well worth a visit but allow plenty of time to browse.

The Aroma of cooked bacon, tantalised my taste buds as I walked through the doorway.I Stopped and had a lovely hot chocolate before I lost myself for a couple of hours, I must have clocked up hundreds of steps, wandering from stall to stall, each time my eyes feasting on items I missed the first and second time around. My mind full nostaglia of bygone days. I layerd up, but no need as it was quite cosy and no bad smells that is usaully associate with Vintage . A little browsing gem...

Superb place for a good bargain and some amazing items. Always manage to pick something up there and staff so helpful and friendly.

Such a brilliant place to visit and shop for all sorts. The cafe is also really good too x

Popped in on the off chance while registering at the surgery next door. Love the place, lovely coffee in the cafe upstairs. Will definately visit again as I have discovered the dress shop on the way in. Colourful Italian fashion just my taste!

My friends brought me to the emporium on Saturday and I'd like to say I was AMAZED at the prices! I live in Brighton, a tourist hub crammed with vintage and antiques at ridiculous prices.

We loved your emporium and bought sooooo much! Not only because of the gorgeous items but because of the fantastic prices!



We found it incredibly exciting to see so many stalls/stall holders in one big space! So much stuff to rummage through! Literally something for everyone! I was hoping to find my gran a birthday present and you didn't disappoint! Two Rye tiles at an amazing price of £5!



Can't wait to come back!!!

I love the Emporium,it's fab!A place full of many wonderful treasures old & new to buy and all laid out really well.I've been a couple of times before but hadn't managed to go into the cafe,but this time planned to.So my hubby,son & I went in for lunch half-way through looking round(you can spend a good couple of hours there,maybe more,looking at all the great items).We were really impressed!We had lovely chunky supersoft sandwiches and a tea,latte and milkshake between us which were also very good.The staff were very polite and friendly and will definately go back in there in the future.Maybe for an afternoon tea!The Petticoat Lane Emporium is a great place and definately worth a visit,it's wonderful!

Good egg and bacon sandwich (real bread) in the cafe, then about an hour browsing and I only did half of the units. Plesent time.

First time here yesterday....loved it...bought myself a beautiful new handbag in Bow Street Bags which has a huge selection of bags, all shapes, sizes & colours...and then browsing round all the little stalls which seemed to offer everything under the sun, leave yourself plenty of time and it was very cold the day we went. However we enjoyed a lovely hot drink in the cafe & a delicious piece of gluten-free carrot cake which I did not expect to get. We will be back! X

Brilliant place. Went for a wander. Came out with a car load of lovely things to put in my Ramsgate holiday home, Ramsgate pictures, garden furniture, vintage lamps.

Ok, truthfully, I've been to better. It is on the right lines, but needs more work or refining. I've been to similar places all over the country and the emporium needs to look at it's pricing policy. A lot of the items are way over priced. Not everything with a bit of age is valuable!! Obviously priced are set at London scale, but they need to have a reality check. Just because it was made in the 50s or 40s does not make it collectible!! Travel a bit and find out.

I have always found it very interesting to see lots of old things.

Great page to browse around. All different venders rent a pitch so act of variety. A superb cafe upstairs very reasonable prices. A craft centre and antagonist shop too. Not everything being sold was antique but that didn't matter to me. Make sure you go when you have plenty of time!

Good place for a total mix of items...nostalgia, bric-a-brac, arts and crafts, antiques, shabby-chic, boot fair items, etc! You could spend hours wandering around.
