The most amazing Asian restaurant in London!!!!! Can‚Äôt recommend this place enough and the most incredible service!!!!! The lovely Italian waiter William was so sweet and had the best customer service I have ever received in any restaurant I have ever been too!!!!!! Honestly stunning food!!!!!!! Oooh where do i start? Just loved it. Food was so delicious. I cant wait to go back again. The dynamite shrimps were melting in the mouth, mongolian beef with the spicy carrots was amazing. The kaleidoscope sushi was my first attempt at sushi and surprisingly i found that so refreshing. The kung po chicken with peanuts was really good too. The service was good, the server helped us decide and was very charming. Over all 5 star and more. A lil bit on the expensive side but totally worth it. After all its bang in the city near lecesiter square and china town. ÔŅĹ

I went on Friday with my family for lunch. The staff was very friendly and professional. My son wanted to have chips but they weren’t on the menu. The manager got them made especially for us . Thank u so much for the top service. Food was amazing and so were the drinks. We will definitely come back !!

Amazing!! Dined in the bloom room and it was fabulous!! Adored the dragon rolls and the dynamite shrimp was fantastic. The sakura dream cocktails are divine!

Fell in love with PF Changs in Dubai and been to the London branch twice. I was over the moon that it was Halal!!!

I’m giving a four star because the first time it was amazing but second time I felt the portion was smaller for noodles and the dynamite shrimps were too oily and had lost their crispness because of this. We actually couldn’t finish the shrimp because of the oily texture which has never happened.

The prawn sushi and Mongolian beef was amazing though.

Hoping to get better dynamite shrimps next time round.

The food was good but poor service after our starter we had to wait almost 1 hour before getting the mains had to continuously ask for the bill then had to wait another 30 mins before we could pay.

Great food. Terrible service. They bought all starters and mains at once. Who does that. Wen we questioned it they didn't do anything about it. They need to improve on the service.

Food was great and tasty but you get a free sauna with your meal. We're totally dripping and other were the same. They said Aircon was on bit feel it was more so you eat and leave for the next customer.

The bathroom tap water was boiling hot .Over price food and drink and the food had so much oil in it

Service was pretty terrible, staff not knowledgeable at all about the menu and plates, long waits to be serviced but the cherry on the cake was a large mistake in my bill which was only partially rectified. So ironically i ended up paying double service charge for the worst service ever.

Went to P.F. Chang to know what the hype was all about. I'd say the worst possible experience... First, the waiter spilled a full bottle of Coke on me ruining my coat and then literally did not bring anything to help (like any tissues etc). When I complained to the manager, she brought me a wet towel and that's it, had to clean the seat myself. Even if I give them the benefit of doubt, the food itself was at best average. The best way to describe is tiny portions that are pretentious. Took them half an hour to forty mins before the first dish came in and that too was not the starter but part of the main course. Ordered Mongolian beef and the dynamite shrimps amongst other stuff and like I said, it was average at best. Not going there again anytime soon!

This restaurant has gone down hill since it has opened. The first time we went the service and food were excellent. Two weeks ago we went and waited 20 min for our waiter. The first order came ok. When the second courses were ordered it was a 25 min wait. I then complained as this is not the service I expected. The manager was very accommodating and when we asked for our bill he said to not pay it yet. He took our bill away and made some adjustments on it but then had to wait a further 20 min to pay as they were short staffed. It did not leave us great confidence but again willing to try. Upon returning tonight as a quick fix, due to kitchen issues no one who walked in would be taken - therefore ruining our second opportunity. This is so disappointing and so unfortunate and not to be expected of a new restaurant.

This PF Changs has the absolute worst service I've experienced in London. We arrived at 730. Our reservation was for 745. We were asked to sit at the bar until our table was ready. Not once did the barman ask us what we wanted. Our table was ready at 800...15 mins late. After we sat down, we received no service. I had to ask for service. At 810 our waitress finally arrived. I informed her we had a film to catch at 900, and we gave her our order in full as soon as she had arrived (we had been looking at the menu for 25 minutes by that time). Fast forward to 900. Here we are, still sitting, still waiting for our food. We've been sitting here in the restaurant for an hour and 15 minutes. We're late for our film and the staff couldn't care less. The standard here is far below any US PF Changs location. Don't waste your time coming here. Your money and custom are better served elsewhere.

The experience couldn‚Äôt have been worse. Served with cold and greasy shrimps - nothing happened after complaining. Kung pao chicken came with refried peanuts and the rice, which had to be an extra for pretentious portions, were cold too. Nothing happened after complaining except that ‚Äúthe manager has been informed‚ÄĚ.



In the end I asked for discount on the bill as food was sub-standard at best and rather than apologising, manager Vladimir said: ‚ÄúDid you eat it all?‚ÄĚ I couldn‚Äôt believe my ears. No I couldn‚Äôt eat it all and couldn‚Äôt sleep all night as I kept throwing up. Never again!!

I’m not one to leave reviews but the service was just absolutely awful here & the food was not worth the extortion price! Never going here again! Don’t recommend!! The servers were useless.. they didn’t have a clue on what they were doing. You clearly don’t need a brain cell to work there..

I visited today and it was my worst experience. Firstly i was made to sit downstairs next to the kitchen where there was an unpleasant smell. I asked them to change the place which they did but i was still not given a place upstairs although i made a reservation 1 week in advance. They just said that they are very busy.



Now let me tell you about the food. It was crap ..no taste .nothing compared to what we ate in usa or dubai. Portion size = to kids meal. When i complained about it so they said that its london and no one can afford to pay for a bigger portion ÔŅĹ.. dynamite shrimps came when we finished our food. There staff was good but manager was very unhelpfull. ¬£100 for 2 ppl . I am extremely disappointed. Not going again !



£11 for mangolian beef which had 5 pieces in total and that was a bigger plate from their menu. Rice is ordered seperately.

I posted this to your wall but I thought I‚Äôd let people know here too. We won‚Äôt be back to your restaurant. The service is shocking. After three attempts to contact you about our issues, you have refused to respond. Firstly, you cancelled our Christmas Eve reservation without notifying us. It was only after we arrived within our allotted time did we find out. Our table was there but you refused to let us dine and made the excuse that the kitchen was closed. If the kitchen was closed, why were we able to make the reservation in the first place? We could see online the time that you cancelled our reservation, you cancelled it a few minutes before we were due to be there. We had travelled over an hour to get to you. That was pretty poor service. The experience of dining previously, you served our four year old a GIN &TONIC!!!! Seriously. We won‚Äôt be coming back. We have been very patient with you and understand teething troubles when opening a new restaurant but come on! We‚Äôve had nothing but bad attitude and complete rudeness from your staff. Very sad and really not like the great service we‚Äôve received at PF Changes restaurants in Canada, US and Dubai. ÔŅĹ
