Introducing the newest Robinson's Remedies product - Lip Renew airless bottle, only £10.99! Here is a review from Lottie B:
"Hugh at Phil Parkers recommended me this product after a long weekend of gigs to revive my super dry sore lips. The lip cream is amazing! It healed a few blisters I had overnight, from a broken mouthpiece cushion, and made my lips feel soft and flexible again. I would totally recommend this product for anyone who suffers with dry or sore lips, or anyone... who finds their lips get tight while playing. I tried a tester of the lip renew but didn’t purchase it before because I didn’t like the original tube application! However, the new pump action delivery system is brilliant as you can control how much product you use, and you get all the product out of the tube, so it seems less wasteful! Thanks Phil Parkers for stocking this great product!!"

You walk into Phil Parker and instantly you feel at home. No pressure, take as much time as you need. The staff are friendly, knowledgable and nothing is too much trouble. Any brass player visiting London must go and pay a visit.

When I travel from Chicago to London for business, I am extraordinarily fortunate to be welcomed into the shop by Will and his colleagues, no matter how busy they are. They always have something new and interesting in the shop and are eager to share. They have been generous with their knowledge, which has been of great help, given that I must use my time efficiently. Integrity, pricing, service, selection, repair, etc., are all outstanding. This is one of the UK's treasures.

User

Very good store, good service, good mood, always. :)

User

Took a trip up to Parkers today to buy a Schilke trumpet. Great shop, very relaxed atmosphere. Huge thanks to Hugh for your help. Next visit I will 'free up' a bit more money to buy some bits & bobs (toys!). Thanks again.

User

Super efficient and friendly service. My busted instrument was delivered to my home in a couple of days and in better condition than when I bought it. First class.

User

Super ! Très bon accueil

very good welcome

So much more than simply a shop, this establishment is deeply woven into the fabric of brass playing life in the UK.

Now then! Having been in and out of this place since age 12, a visit from South Wales was always something to look forward to. The shop over by Baker Street was tiny and now, well, it's like a brass geeks paradise! More trombones, trumpets, mutes mouthpieces and valve oil than you can shake a stick at, and all on display!!! I just love it.

The guys are a joy, Tristan and Will always ready with some banter to brighten the day (and Tristan is a fellow watch geek and is always wearing something inpressive from one of the fine Swiss makers), and this time I actually met the fabled Dave! Take to the dungeon I was greeted by a chap sporting a tash that would make Bomber Harris blush. What a gent. Took less than a day to fix my trombone and at a very reasonable cost.

Always a smile, they know their stuff and after years of pestering them I consider them almost friends! (Although I'm sure that isn't mutual!!)

Honestly, a visit here is always a highlight of the day!

Cheers guys!

Again!

My husband Gary has just recently spent 3 hours testing trumpets in this shop. Fabulous helpful and knowledgable staff, highly recommended. He was in trumpet heaven

User

It has been a great shop with big locations. Great service!

User

I ordered a pre-owned soprano cornet friday afternoon and received it the following thursday. That is very good for shipping from the UK to Sweden! The condition of the cornet was exactly as described and it was packed VERY securely - in bubble wrap, in the original case which was placed in the middle of a sturdy cardboard box surrounded by styrofoam chips - clearly these people know what they are doing.

I would not hesitate the slightest buying more instruments from Phil Parker in the future.

User
