Can't lie it's a bargain! Wanted something nice for a change always sorting the kids and forgetting about us but won't pay out loads so was win win. Delivery 2 days after ordered, in the time slot was told and phonecall about 20mins before it arrived. Bed looks beautiful (got a silver crushed velvet divan with diamantés) I upgraded to a pocket 1000 mattress and I can't wait to sleep on it tonight hopefully it's as good as it seems and meant to be. Bought a king size sleigh bed from Phoenix, had a small issue with assembly, after a couple of phone calls Phoenix arranged for their team to come to our house (within an hour) and sorted ! Fantastic bed, brilliant service and customer care second to none ...... Highly recommended �

This is the worst company I have felt with 2 days waiting for a bed they promised Tuesday at 12 it never came and the it will definitely be there before 1 o'clock wensday it is nearly 2 no sign of bed alls they say is sorry but still no mention were my bed is its a joke

6.47pm I txt u asking are u definitely cumin , yes was ur reply our drivers running a little late , anyway cut a long story short ur driver turned up at 9.15pm.

It took us 3 hours putting beds together AND WHAT A LOAD OF CRAP THEY ARE ... so cheaply made , woke up to a diamond that had fell off the head board . Mattress is rock solid , the draws are rubbish .

I’d love u2 come bk with my money and take your beds with u .

It’s took me months saving up that amount of money to buy 2 beds .

I wouldent recommend you to any1 I’d gladly tell people to AVOID u . Your addtress details are made up aswel .

Had a delivery of our bed was an awful bed black stiching was showing on the end of the bed and the end of the bed witch was very noticeable with the bed being gold not only that but the bed was not level with the top end,got in touch and was told to move all the screws as must have been put in wrong places of witch should have been right after being made after that still had problems coz after I moved screws slats and mattress no longer fitted msg the firm on several occasions to be told they would sort it still waiting several weeks later iv hd to go out by new mattress and new slats it came a day late but on the day it was arranged I was told it didn't wanna be rushed it was deliverd with a happy helpfull driver who even noticed it wasn't level and that the bottom end didn’t make the top ... Just a shame the makers of the bed didn't take more effort and time in the measurements for the price it was also 5 months of haven the bed one of my lads who’s 3 has learned on the side and the wood inside has snapped my lad is 2 it should not do this very poor quality beds very poor customer service wouldn’t recomend !!

Do not buy from this dreadful company!!! We bought a bed a month ago, headboard didn’t match the end of the bed we reported it straight away to which he replied il send you diamonds through the post to change yourself. 4 weeks later still no diamonds. So now we’re left with a bed that doesn’t match!!! Absolutely shocking. Don’t waste your money.
