Physiques is by far the best gym Ive used. It has everything you need to help you along your fitness journey and the friendly atmosphere makes you feel at home.

I love everything about physiques. The layout, the machines, amount of weights and its constantly being expanded and updated. The atmosphere is buzzing and staff are top notch �

Highly recommended for all walks of life. Used to commercial gyms which make me so anxious never last to long however this is somewhere different. Owner will give you straight talking advice that you can trust as he knows his stuff and rather than a commercial gym where the employers are behind a desk he is in there doing his own stuff to. There is no faffing about doing an induction you ask and he will show you how to use the equipment and usually find a few very helpful members to. You walk away feeling the aching of a good work out but relaxed like you have had therapy.

I feel so supported in this place, the owner is amazeballs, always about to give help and advice when needed! Everyone I’ve met is friendly and so willing to pass on knowledge and good form exercise! This place wants you to be 100% successful! The equipment is unique and allows for fantastic workouts for each body part. I have fallen in love with this place and attend 7 days a week, couldn’t be happier! Come on down and check this place out, it will ignite a passion for exercise �
