Matwork pilates classes open for all abilities, ran by myself Natalie Knill in a sun drenched new studio courtesy of Hornsey Dance. Improving posture, spinal mobility, flexibility, alignment. Promotes core strength, longer leaner muscularity, neuromuscular control, improving co-ordination & balance. As much as everyone is welcome please note these classes are not intended to be remedial but aid with well being. If you have an underlying debilitation please seek professional help.
Cost: £5 drop-in for an initial fixed period, capacity 15-20 so first come first serve.
