We waited 1.5 hrs to be seated but it was worth the wait. The pork buns were tasty. The cocktail drinks were lovely. We have an awesome view which was the London Eye from our table.Definitely will go back there again.

The kids took us out to dinner, the tables are a bit small for big families but the food and the service is very good.Didnt get her name, but the brazilian waitress was very nice too

My colleagues and I dropped into ping pong on the first day we were in london on a conference. Every food item was amazing and the staff so helpful and attentive to detail. Also, it's laid back atmosphere works for informal get togethers between groups of friends and coworkers.

I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in London myself!

Last minute drop in for a late lunch.

The staff were helpful and friendly, the interior dark, moody and classy.

The food service was quick and the meals were delicious.

Great triple 8 deal before 5pm!

A great find for an affordable yet sumptuous gastro experience, thanks Ping Pong

Amazing place, even on a sunny gorgeous day. Love PING PONG anyway, but the venue is great ... lovely staff and fantastic food. The wonton were great and we had a great time. Will be back!

User

After a long journey on a cold snowy night, Ping Pong gave us the scrummy food we needed in a friendly venue. We’ll be back!

User

Will go again soon, was nice and food was great

We really enjoyed our meal. The spicy chicken dumplings were very good as was the honey spicy chicken dish & chicken satay sticks. The service was excellent too, very fast considering the restaurant was full.

We arrived a few minutes early for a 6.45pm booking yesterday, and were taken straight to our table. It was our daughter's 21st Birthday treat - she loves dim sum. It was very busy and noisy, but we had great service and all the drinks and food arrived very quickly. We love the char siu buns and had a selection of rice, sticky rice, duck spring rolls, steamed dumplings, fried dumplings, best sesame prawn toasts we have ever tasted, edamame, broccoli- all delicious!

User

Loved the prawn toast and the energy of the serving team.

Can you tell me if the 12.5% service charge goes to the staff and not just into the management pot ?

User

Food was great, no concerns there, it's just the table size! All dishes are bite size portions so you end up having to order several, only there isn't enough room on the table to put them all. Oh and they're pretty pricey too. Other than that though, food was very tasty.

User

Dropped in without reservation - only a 30 minute wait so had a drink in the bar.

Excellent food - crispy duck spring rolls were amazing....and a really friendly waitress. Well worth a visit

I met a couple of friends here for lunch yesterday. The food, cocktails and service were good. We had various tasty dim sum (char siu bao, prawn dumplings, cheung fun etc) and also a 'super-veg' salad and aubergine rice pot. It is a little pricey but typical of central London. I would go here again.

User

Food was great. Service was poor. Had to ask 3 times for an extra soup spoon. Server came back with a metal spoon. Wasn't informed that some of the food wasn't available until we queried why it hadn't arrived. Paid for the food, but not the service charge.

User

Food was "the curate's egg" - some good, some not so good. Ribs dry and one rice dish rather strange. Tables very close together, not for an intimate meal. Located where it is, they want a fast turnaround of clients.

User

Food generally good and fast, though the ribs were dry and bland. Waiters disinterested. I was sat on a table near the bar - the thoroughfare for the waiters collecting drinks - like a race track with waiters repeatedly knocking the back of my chair. Couldn't hear what the waiter was saying about how to book, as the mandatory trendy restaurant music was blaring. Relaxing meal this was not, which is a pity as the food was fine

User

lying about their happy times. Didn't go in just for that but left as they got me in under false pretences. #unhappyhour
