Kicked my arse and it takes a lot to kick my arse.
I just started beach body this past week, I chose Piyo because I love and have experienced results doing Pilates and yoga- so what's better than putting them both together!? Balance and core strength are what i want to work on before adding weights or resistance to my workouts, and I've been super excited to actually be dripping sweat in just 30min! I definitely have a long way to GROW but I wanted to share how much I'm enjoying #piyo and #beachbody !
