Due to delays we unfortunately have had to push back the move of our Silverburn branch to the Wedge from January 6th to January 27th.

Merry Christmas to our members from everyone at PCU!

A reminder to all members that the offices shut early at 2pm tomorrow (Royston will shut at 1pm). The offices will also shut early next Tuesday (New Year's Eve).
All offices are closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day and 2nd January.

Members who receive universal credit or other benefits may have their benefit payments made early due to the bank holidays over the festive period. Full details are available on the gov.uk website (https://www.gov.uk/when-is-your-next-tax -credits-payment). The early payment dates include:

The 2019 members survey that was launched last week is now CLOSED - thanks to the nearly 150 members who responded, we greatly appreciate your feedback.
Overall, the feedback was very positive but we have taken all suggestions and comments on board for the future. We are especially delighted that 97% of surveyed members said they were likely or highly likely to recommend PCU to others.
We want to say thanks to all our members and hope we can continue providing great service in the community for the year ahead!

PCU are today launching a survey to collect information on the services we provide, and our members' opinions of them. We value the feedback of our members highly, and want to use it in order to improve and refine these services.
The survey only takes a few minutes and would greatly benefit in helping us understand what you want from your membership of PCU.

Alice, Christine, and Anne from Royston want to remind everyone that the branch has moved to the Spire View Housing Association Roystonhill Community Hub (174 Roystonhill, G21 2LN). We've still yet to put a sign up but we have moved in and are serving our members! The branch is open Tuesday and Thursday 10am-2pm.
As the hub grows, we've hoping for new members to join us at Royston. So if you're feeling the pinch this Christmas or know someone else who is, let them know about our new branch location and tell them to join today!
