I have consumed 34 of your finest burritos in the last two months at St Paul's. The chorizo is key. The staff are great, and honestly, you'd be doing extremely well to find a better burrito place.

Burrito MasterClass! Had a burrito here back in 2009, haven't been back yet but I still haven't forgotten the taste of their burrito. Only one other restaurant has done this, and they weren't even in this country.

Poncho8 Canary wharf. I have literally just been assaulted by your staff trying to squeeze even money out of me for extras! A burrito is already overpriced for what it is, I don't think that charging me for basic extras like wholemeal tortilla, peppers and chorizo is a good business strategy. These are extras that should be included in a burrito anyway. Everyone in the queue was moaning! Silly mistake. My burrito was dry and tasteless, the extra chips i purchased were stale. I won't be going back.

I must admit when Poncho 8 first opened it was best burrito bar in London. I used go all the time (once a week min) and the quality is dropping as time has gone by. Always the meat is cold and mashed up or the rice is cold or the beans undercooked or one of salsa is always run out. Please guy up your game again !!

Years ago I would have said that Poncho is the best burrito place around. These days, standards have dropped so much that I've lost the craving for it and if I need my burrito fix I'll think of many of the other places available. What a shame to ruin such a great thing

Worst burrito place in London for value for money. Portion sizes are shocking! Tortilla portion are twice as good. Absolute rip off! Not just one time as well, every time I've ever been!

Worst burrito I have ever had. Dry, half of the filling was rice, salsa was disgusting, beans weren't cooked, where was the salad and the guac?

You ruined Lunch.

Worse burrito place I been to. Lucky I only paid £3 on the Wednesday deal or else I would have been getting my £6.15 back. Rice was almost cold and chicken was just a total mush of shredded pieces of chicken. Wouldn't go again. You guys need to sort your quality of food out and you wouldn't have to resort to mid wk deals to bring in flagging customers.

Just picked up a vegetarian rice box for £5.90. What a complete rip off. Small portions and paying through the nose for extras. Save your self the disappointment of a crap lunch and go to Pilpel or Coco Di Mama.

I questioned whether £3 a burrito was too good to be true... It was. 30 minute wait despite going at 12 on the dot, it was understaffed and food kept running out, which is surprising given how poor the burrito actually was. I'm not angry, just severely disappointed. Every time I walk passed Poncho 8 I will be haunted by the memory of that horrendous crime of a lunch. Wouldn't be able to lure me back with 3p burritos

I found it astonishing that I ordered a Burrito - requested no rice and no peppers - yet they charged an additional £1 when i asked for 1x spoonful of sour cream.
