Great value for a Saturday lunch, 3 empanadas and a beer or wine for ôÈ10. Food was fab and reminded me of when I lived in Argentina. We'll be back. Muchas gracias

Soooo embarrassing how you treat your clients. i went today with my mum and sister and bought two empanadas in your borought market branch. within 10 mins the manager screamed at us, insulted us and finally foced us to leave in an extremely rude way. You should be embarrassed of the service you are giving your customers in this branch. I will think twice before going there or recommending it to any one.

Second time we bought online, went to pick it up and items were not in stock! very disappointed!! should check your costumer service too as not happy at all to have waste my time and money going to Borough Market!

I'm afraid I have to say I had a really poor experience at PorteûÝa Borough Market tonight.

Me and my husband ate there. We ordered 2 empanadas, 1 steak sandwich and 1 beer. We took a seat and, being Friday night, we just wanted to chill. 20 min after we arrived, the place got a bit more packed and one of the girls working there asked if we mind sharing the table, which was fine by us. But in the rush of making space for the new clients she started clearing a bit our plates while my husband was still eating. Was a honest mistake, but we felt somehow that we were being rushed which is never a nice feeling. I can understand that things were busy, Friday night service being hectic and all, but still you have to give time for your clients to finish the meal they just purchase from you... some clients eat super fast, while others are a bit more of slow eaters. You have to understand that. But the worst was really when a few minutes later one other girl working there just took away our bootle of beer when we hadn't finished it yet and threw it away, despite us trying to stop her. Again, it was for sure an honest mistake... but what was absolutely unnecessary and unacceptable was when we could finally tell her what just happened, she justified herself by saying that we were sitting there for hours and that we never told her we were not finished with the beer (we tried - she didn't hear). I guess she must have realised she had made a mistake and did offer another beer, but honestly she never apologized and made us fell super unwelcome there. I understand friday night service can get mad, and we are all human, but you cannot simply tell your clients that they have been there for hours (not true, but besides the point) to cover up a mistake you have made. This is not proper costumer service and ruined the experience for us. In the light of this, I will not recommend this place to my friends and acquaintances.
