How do you know these are the best fries ever made? You taste them on a Friday, and return within an hour to buy more. The following Saturday you’re in Paris, daydreaming about Potato Castle, and as your Eurostar train arrives into St. Pancras you tell your mate you must race through the international terminal, make your way down the left side of the escalators onto the Underground like a mad woman and literally run on the Northern line where you ride endlessly towards Morden to Tooting Broadway, decide the escalator at Tooting Broadway is too steep to walk on the left side, so you stand on the right (the proper way!) and cross the street dangerously to make it to Potato Castle before their midnight closing. You place a large order because the medium orders you tried the day before were simply not enough Potato Castle heaven for you. Garlic Parmesan on curly chips is brilliant. Sour cream on french fries is ridiculously delicious, and makes you think you’re eating a warm bucket of Pringles. Garlic Parmesan sweet potatoes are outrageously delightful! If you haven’t gotten yourself to Potato Castle you’re literally mad. These fries will send you on flavoured fried potato euphoric experience! You’ll NEVER want for any other potatoes, ever.
