Today our first hotel on the island of Jersey opens its doors to guests. On Friday we had a very special group of "inspectors" visiting from St Lawrence school, to give it their seal of approval!

Our hotels are the perfect place to get Big Day Ready ahead of any special occasion, and our ever-helpful team members have fielded some pretty unusual requests from wedding guests over the years.
In response, we decided to make the most commonly requested items available on-demand, including resizable rings, crisp white shirts, and grab-and-go speeches. Our guests will never get caught out again!

You can take the shuttle bus there for £4.50. Check in is friendly and efficient. My room was clean, cosy and quiet. The bed was super comfy. No plane noise. Shower was powerful and there was little kettle and tea/coffee in the room. It’s a big hotel and there is a bar downstairs. Highly recommend if you want to stay near LHR.

Wow! I do not want to write this review because I want someone else to be as pleasantly surprised as I was. British Airways put me up here for a night and gave me meal vouchers. Because it didn't cost me a single pence to ride the hotel shuttle, enjoy dinner, get a great night's sleep, and have breakfast in the morning, I expected the most basic accommodations. Premier Inn Heathrow is far from basic.

The staff, superbly uniformed do you know whom to ask for help, if needed, was friendly and helpful. As the busloads of delayed passengers entered the lobby, the check-in process was incredibly efficient. Free WiFi, on-site restaurant, bar, vending machines (for the incidentals), and a coffee shop were nice but did not compare to the heavenly bed that lulls you into a deep, restful sleep. In all, I'm a bit sad to be leaving this morning. I thank British Airways for taking care of me with this gem of a hotel. (Don't sleep on the buffet, they do it well here!)

Kudos to Nikky (I think that's her name) at Premier Inn Bath Road Heathrow for helping me out in a bind and going above and beyond! I hadn't realized (cos I'm pretty sure it wasn't mentioned in my holiday package) that even though I'm only changing planes in Toronto tomorrow I still needed an eta visa. Not a major problem EXCEPT I couldn't access my mail to confirm the visa. Seems my iPad ain't so great so neither could Nikky access it. She tried everything including her own phone and wifi. In the end I sent my visa application to Premier Inn's email address and while Nikky had gone off duty Simone was more than happy to print it for me. So thank you ladies and Premier Inn these ladies are a credit to you! Time for a raise? One grateful customer!

I will say that is a nice place to stay, the front desk team is so nice Fanni and Andaleeb are so cool and there was a tall guy (front desk) who really made me laugh after 28 hours of flight with stepovers. Thank you team.

I have a concern, I left my portable charger connected to the tv how can I get it I will be in Southampton?

Many thanks.

User

I always find the staff friendly and efficient. They are happy to accommodate ones needs. The hotel has everything available for a good night stay. I will return ! I have to make a special mention of Fanni who was most helpful.

Have stayed at this hotel several times & enjoy it every time. Staff are very pleasant & helpful, rooms are clean & the beds are amazing. Always sleep well here & my girls love it too, food is wonderful as well. Definately be back again

First room we had was quite old so wasn’t happy and they moved us to a new room, it was ok. Was room 56 and had been updated. Only thing is tiles missing in bathroom against the bath. Other than that was nice & relaxing. Breakfast was great & staff were excellent.

User

Fantastic location to legoland the accommodation was brilliant the food at the restaurant was reasonably priced and very good quality the kids meal was free and there was lots of choice, the breakfast was fantastic too, rooms lovely and clean and staff superb, thanks for making a 4 hour journey satisfying.

User

Best place to say everything under one roof food, drinks, coffee shop, relaxing and very comfortable room's. We r all loved our stay from the mistry family celebrated our grandmas 90th thankyou.

A disruption in our travel arrangements, courtesy of a breakdown on our BA flight, led us to stay here at BAs expense. Though BAs handling of this event was less than satisfactory their choice of hotel for our enforced stay proved to be excellent. Our room was clean and comfortable and the choice of eateries in the large, airy lobby were very, very good. The meals we had were wonderful and we left to continue our journey, well rested, well fed and in a far better mood than when we had arrived. Thank you to Premier Inn for your customer service. BA could learn a thing or two from you👍👍

User

The best way to sleep before your flight, all staff very polite and helpful, special mention to Swiston for a very professional and swift check in. Great value meal deal available, makes a great start to your holiday?

LOST Teddy Bears... devastated children...

Please help

Hello we stayed at the Premier Inn, Bath Road, Heathrow in room 168 on 1st June and checked out on the morning of 2nd June. My children accidentally left their teddies in their beds and are heart broken... they have had them since birth and take them everywhere with them. One is a little brown bear with a tie, the other is a little blue teddy comforter.

I rang on the evening of 2nd June and the room was checked and so was lost property but they were not found! I have spoken to staff on the phone and by email who have been helpful but there is still no sign of them. They are not in lost property so my thought is that they may have been taken to the external company that launders the linen (inside the bed sheets)

I know this may seem like a minor issue but to my children it’s the end of the world and the past week has been so tough with them constantly crying for their favourite toys.

Please help me reunite them!!

I wasn't expecting it to be flash for a budget location but they really did scrimp a bit on the room amenities. The bed was fabulously comfortable but in the bathroom, there wasn't even a facecloth to be seen. The tv was wonky and pointing downwards so I had to balance it on one of my boots to be able to watch it. Also, I wanted to book an alarm call for in the morning but there was nothing in the room to advise reception info and there was nothing on the actual telephone to show what to dial. I rang all of the usual suspects for hotel receptions but came up with nothing. Very frustrating.

I will say though that the staff were lovely and friendly. One even helped me lug my behemoth of a suitcase to my car.

User

Good location & excellently set out with restaurant & Costa all under one roof. Food & service in the restaurant were very good, especially our waitress, Julia.

On the downside the room needed redecorating & the taps in the bathroom sink needed tightening. The extra fast WiFi for £5 didn’t work but they did refund the fiver. Also we had a parking fine waiting for us when we got home for the first night of our stay which we were told was included in the parking price for 2 weeks. They agreed to cancel it but we had been advised incorrectly that it was free.

User

I’ve stayed here many times now and never been disappointed. The check in guys are great and efficient. The rooms are well above value for the price you pay and the breakfast is always superb. Lots of choice and hot. I must again make special mention of a Roger in reception. On my previous stay a fortnight before I had an issue with my credit card and Roger assisted me in the best possible way. On my return from USA I still hadn’t received a replacement card but they had sent it by courier to the Hotel and as soon as I arrived Roger recognised me and said that my card had arrived. I was surprised he remembered me out of all the guests he deals with but he had remembered the incident and me and kept a look out for me. Special service from an ace guy! Thanks Roger.

The airplanes noises it's very uncomfortable, but the really bad thing was the 3 bugs I have found in the bed, that at 2 am finally killed and finally get some sleep.

Premier Inn have a Guest Relations department that is either a) overworked or b) very slow to follow-up replies to their own emails. Up to 14 days is their quoted response time!!!! Its now 23 days.........

Having stayed at Bath Road in May, I had two complaints, one of which they agreed with and are (still) in the process of compensating us - the room air-con was very noisy, the room very stuffy, and the fact that no fresh air could be achieved from sealed windows.

The other complaint is the Meal Deal offer. Online the restaurant has NO menu prices whatsoever, and when we checked-in, there was no mention of a Meal Deal. Staff at the restaurant who showed us to our table for evening meal didn't mention Meal Deal, neither did the waiter. Next morning at Breakfast - no mention of it. Only at check-out did I overhear someone discussing it.

However, Guest Relations feel that it was my problem and refer me to web-pages that you wouldn't ordinarily choose to access when making a booking online. They all agree that the website should show menu prices, and will feedback that point, but they fail miserably to acknowledge that anyone was in the wrong to not explain the Meal Deal and subsequently compensate us for paying for a breakfast that would have been free had we been in a position to select it.

Their last response is "we are very sorry that you feel this way and will make sure your feedback has been passed on. Sorry that we are unable to assist any further."

Not exactly what the "Why We're Premier" statement indicates on their homepage.

If I could, I would have given a zero-star rating for the terrible after-service that is given.

Moral of the review - expect nothing and anything you do get will be a bonus.

I’ve been here for a week, I was on the first floor, upstairs from 4 am the floor boards creak and I can here walking around, conversation & doors shutting - complained twice to reception to be told they do have creaky floor boards but it’s ok because the crew upstairs were just checking out! Why oh why was I not put on the top floor when it’s common knowledge to the staff the crew leave early and the floor boards creak!! Not resolved, I’m in for a very grumpy tired day at work! Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. As I stay in a lot of premier inns for business this is the absolute worse, staff very unhelpful.
