Today our first hotel on the island of Jersey opens its doors to guests. On Friday we had a very special group of "inspectors" visiting from St Lawrence school, to give it their seal of approval!

Wow what an amazing hotel. My Husband, 2 children & myself stayed here. The service & food were excellent & your staff were so friendly & helpful & our room was amazing overlooking the runway. What more could we ask for. Thank you so much for our wonderful 2 night stay, highly recommend. We'll definately come back.

Wonderful friendly informative staff, nothing was too much trouble for them to sort out. Restaurant meals of a very high standard served by extremely courteous staff. The whole hotel including our room was the cleanest we have ever been in. Highly recommended. Well done to all of you and thank you for a very pleasant stay . We shall be back very soon. What a fabulous way to start our holiday. Staff were completely customer orientated and seemed to enjoy their work. The room was a good size with a great view of the airport. The food and service in the Thyme restaurant was excellent and great value. The quality and variety of items of the breakfast buffet was also great. The bed could not have been more comfortable. All in all, a great hotel.

We have stayed at a lot of the hotels around Heathrow, spending as much as $200 a night. Paid less than half that and can honestly say the hotel was as good as all. Comfortable room, good bar and food and the staff were down to earth and friendly.

Had the same experience in the Telford Premier earlier this year. They will be our Hotel of choice for future trips.

We arrived there was confusion about our room,I thought here we go bloody jobsworth !! How wrong I was the young lady on the desk showed me through to the Costa (where the Costa staff made us a couple great coffees) by the time we were finishing our coffees the young lady Laisa ( I think that's how it's spelt) she had sorted a room for us which we could take there & then . We went to the room which was ideal & slept on a really comfortable bed we then went down for something to eat the only thing better than the superb food was the excellent service,I would recommend this hotel to everyone

User

Super clean, super friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. Good restaurant and bar staff. Will definitely use again when I come to T5.

User

Stayed last night, really nice hotel comfy and spacious room, staff were helpfull breakfast had a great choice of variety, even got our request to have a room overlooking airport for my son to watch the planes, only grumble was to have to pay to park your car overnight which I think should be included, but apart from that would definitely stay again

User

Staff we amazing breakfast was lovely and the bed was very comfy. Arrived 10pm and everyone was so friendly and cheery throughout the entire stay. The ladies at check in even brought my mum some gifts over to our table and a card when they found out it was her 60th birthday and even checked the weather in Milan for us! Thank you to all of the team it was a fab start to our holiday x

Spend about £22k a year on Premier Inns of which most was at Bath Road, A/C never works or too hot, told lies about it being fixed (I’ve stayed there for 14 years and most weeks) now I’m staying at Terminal 5..food better and A/c seems better

User

Perfect for a layover or early flight out of Heathrow. Despite what Google maps says it’s too far to walk. There is a £5 shuttle bus or in my case I just got Uber which picks you up in the short stay carpark in terminal 5.

User

O M G what a fantastic service. I stay in so many hotels this one blow me away, parking and check in very efficient and professional.

Got to my room and within 15 minutes of being there the receptionist called and check that my room was ok and everything I needed I had .

Never been asked before,,,, talk about the extra mile ,,, I felt she went 3 extra miles .

Great hotel and staff and so close to T5. I stay here every week for the week and have never had a problem ! Always exceptional and clean and nothing a problem if you need anything! If you book early it's very very cheap and the bus is free to t5 !!

User

Excellent clean hotel, easy ride on Pod from airport to hotel. We are going again on our return journey home. Would deffo recommend,. Only issue we had was noisy children and neighbours next door, wasn’t amusing when we had an early start in morning, but they had been at a wedding, so maybe high spirits and tiredness.

User

Room was clean and bed comfortable. We had an evening meal which was good and reasonably priced.

User

Excellent room, great staff. Was a bit confused as to how we were charged different prices for the same drinks at the bar on numerous occasions. Also they did not offer room service to anyone except British Airways staff. Coming in from a very long flight, room service would have been a god send. I suppose I'm being picky as tired and wanting to get home. Room was clean and comfortable so no disservice there.

User

They have just started to charge 12.00 pounds a night to park your car when you stay the. Outragouse

Where do I start - BEWARE theft of watch from room

We stayed here for one night on 19/1/18 and I could tell you about the positives however one negative has outweighed them unfortunately.

My fault I checked out and left my watch on top of the fridge. It was expensive and I am kicking myself now. I realised in the air to New York I had left it behind. On landing I emailed Premier Inn and as of today never had a reply.

When I arrived back in the UK I rang the hotel direct. I was told the Manager would ring me back. They didn’t. I rang the following day and this time the Duty Manager did ring me. As expected my watch has not been found.

Premier Inn are not interested so I aim to tell this story through all social media.

I have reported it to the police

The cheap £65 hotel turned out a very expensive stay.

User

Stayed with you last Thursday night before our early morning flight, clean and comfortable room but unfortunately the noise of the fridge woke me up at 2am and I could not get back to sleep as it kept on making clicking noises. As we had to be up at 4 I did not want to wake my husband as he had had a long drive that day and could not find how to turn off fridge using light from my phone, so no sleep for me. I reported this to man on front desk and he said he would look into it and took our room number and name ect. On our return of a very tired start to our break we have not had any sort of a reply, very disappointing service....

Stayed here last night after our flight out of T5 was cancelled. Arrived at 4.30pm and booked a table for 7.30pm, knowing the hotel would be busy, and wanting to ensure we where able to eat after a nap having been sat round a airport all day, and especially since travelling with a 4 year old. Turned up at 7.30 to be told without even checking the booking sheet it would be a 20min wait for a table... when I explained I had booked, I was repeatably told "look... there are no tables" after a bit of a heated chat with the manager/supervisor we finally where shown to a table (that magically appeared)! Only to be told there would be a 45min wait on food!!! was given menus and a kids colouring in menu, with no pens or crayons.. cue tears....Waited for 20min without even being offered a drink, so ended up hunting down a waiter and ordering our 4 year old a pizza from the kids menu just to get her fed at least. Finally we where offered some drinks.. which arrived and where not what we ordered! Pizza arrived pretty quick, on a plate that would have lifted the skin off your hand. We left the restaurant, 50mins later hungry with no dinner for myself or my husband but £16 out of pocket having been charged for the wrong drinks and the scalding pizza! An airport hotel who can't handle being busy.. really!!!
