Stayed here back in June for 2 nights. Couldn't fault it! Excellent location for train and tube links. Clean, comfortable hotel. Good size rooms, comfy beds. Cant comment on breakfast as we took accomodation only but there is a Costa downstairs which was handy. As always with Premier Inn very reasonably priced considering the location. Would definately recommend.

User

Lovely hotel. Room cool and spotless, luxurious in the London heatwave! Peaceful nights sleep and breakfast was gorgeous! Staff very friendly and polite. Would stay here again!

User

Great staff, nice rooms, breakfast hit the spot. Location is perfect for underground access. Shall be coming back within the next month or two for a break-away, cheers guys.

User

Great location, great value, comfy room - bit cold but nice and warm in bed! Amazing Gin Cocktail: Bramble!

User

Amazing! We are staying here for our daughters’ 13th birthday weekend. We have travelled from Scotland. The staff at the hotel were so kind enough to organise a surprise for her returning to the room. Thanks so much for yet another smile premier inn!

User

We recently stayed here and would like to say a big big thank you to Michael on the Reception Desk who went out of his way to get us accommodated, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the rooms were clean and well aired, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and we look forward to staying there again, well done Michael.

User

The hotel was easy to find and only a hop skip and jump from kings cross. I found accommodation spacious and just what was needed for a stop over. Facilities were easy to use

User

Stay here a lot as I find the location very convenient for getting busses and tubes to pretty anywhere I need to go in London. Very comfortable rooms, much better than Travelodge. Never use the food options, other than the Costa, as prices are a bit steep and there always seems to be long queues. Plenty of better, cheaper, options nearby.

User

Nice place, handy for the station, bar is good and the breakfast is fine, staff friendly. More towels in the room next please. X

User

Nice hotel usually stay at King's Cross but chose this one for disabled access which was ok but not great.. staff were very helpful and friendly definitely recommend it. Rooms were clean and plenty of room. Breakfast good. Location good.

User

Lady on reception was awesome as were the staff in the restaurant. Floor was really creaky ground level did worry about disturbing next door. Didn't get back to room until gone 5am due to late job so didn't appreciate cleaners trying door every 30 mins from 8am onward as only had a few hours to sleep before drive back to Manchester. And charging for parking is shocking!!!

User

Good size room, comfortable beds, although room was VERY hot and we couldn't get it cooled down even using the a.c. Excellant evening meal, very good value for money and great breakfast. Staff in reception welcoming, staff in restaurant very hard-working and friendly. Great location. Would use again.

User

Room was nice, functional for purpose; on the downside lot of traffic noise during the night and the "hot water" was luke warm at best....if any actually came out of the tap!

User

Hotel was fine. Could do with more tea and coffee in the room though. Breakfast was good. But a lot of the old favourites had gone of the evening menu. And found it very hard to choose from the limited menu. We have been a regular customer at premier Inn for a lot of years and if we come again we will not be having the meal deal as it was to limiting.

User

food was good but timing with service awful brought kids food out after the adults desserts we had to wait so long for the kids ones my hot Apple crumble was cold also ordered chicken chips and peas for my son got chicken chips and cheese this was after they brought the wrong pasta dish for my daughter

User

A roof over my head & basic food but nothing special even by Premier inn standards.

User

Stayed in late 2017. Booked two rooms, one was fine. The other room, room 322, had a powerful smell of damp. The smell was so bad that it permeated into our belongings. I’m not normally one to complain, but as a result of the foul smell it was impossible to get a good night's sleep. We made a complaint and eventually got £10 off our next visit. To be honest that wasn’t really compensation and we won’t be staying there again.

User

Stay here a lot but last two visit £160 a night to look over the bins and skips. Restaurant had no pizzas, so had steak which was just eadible. If it wasn’t for the location and It’s booked on business card I wouldn’t stay here. Run down beggars coming up when outside having coffee. Not worth the money.

User

I would NEVER go to this hotel again!

The receptionists have really bad attitude and very impolite. Every time I step into this hotel, I could always see a receptionist (who called Sarah) standing there, hands on her waist, and staring at the costumer coming in but never greet you! On the day we checked out, when we were getting our luggages away, she was staring at us with a pair of unfriendly eyes , which made me feel like she wanted us to finish our business and leave as fast as possible or she would kick us out from the hotel!
