Can't complain about an hotel connected by covered walkway to Heathrow T4 for GBP60/night including 2 courses at dinner and a full english buffet.



The room was spotless. No noise at all from outside, staff were great. Would definitely stay here again. Only suggestion would be to have a couple of USB charging points in the room. The USB socket next to the TV only charges while the TV is on.

Our experience here at this hotel was great! We loved the service and accommodation. We will be happy to stay here again. Thank you!

Late night and I mean late night check in (02:00), staff were great they were expecting me and had everything ready. Rooms are quite and clean. Food was great to. Only down side for me was the parking spaces, I drive a long wheel base executive car and it was a pain to park in the normal parking bays, very tight and plenty off pillars to look out for, in fact just the norm for new builds these days.

Overall 10/10.

Greatblication for terminal 4 with covered walkway from hotel to terminal, takes at a very maximum to walk 10 mins. Staff pleasant and helpful. Restaurant food good and well priced. Huge carpark, would highly recommend

Great place with lovely rooms, great bar and food, plus half the price of the Hilton just 300 yards down the tunnel. Well done to all the staff.

Great meal deal on at the moment which is a no brainer. £26 for 2 courses and a drink from the evening menu and then you get a voucher for eat all you want at breakfast which is worth £10 on its own.

Great location next to T4 and accessed via the walkway to Hilton. Perfect if youre going via T4 and no more thsn 30 mins from any other terminal via the free transfers. Very helpful staff on arrival. Room was as expected - a bit more than just functional with good tv and brightly lit bathroom. Tea and coffee in room. Valet parking offered. Breakfast was excellent. There's a pleasant space with a Costa and a bar and the restaurant has evening meals. The add on option of dinner and breakfast is really good value. Looks like a go to choice for reasonably priced accommodation within the airport. I've already booked again for September and November. The rate was seriously competitive even against the cheaper options on Bath Road.

From the moment we arrived the staff were very helpful. Our room was spotless and couldn’t fault it. We had dinner in the restaurant and the meals were excellent as was the staff

Clean, great Resturant( Thyme) in the hotel, and very comfortable bed. Check in staff exceptionally quick and helpful and very pleasant. Great location as a quick walk to Terminal 4 Heathrow and will highly recommend staying there if traveling out of Heathrow. Won’t hesitate to book and stay there again!

Arrived weary after a long flight from Australia. The service was exceptional, every single staff member was so very kind and helpful. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable - great bed! This hotel went well beyond my expectations for a budget overnight stay. Thank you!

Always try for a Premier Inn as I know all will be of a good standard.

Good access through covered walkway at terminal 4 and trolley for suitcases. Helpful and welcoming meet and greet and lady helped with my case to the lift.

Room spacious, clean and very comfy bed, late checkout available and perfect for preparing for a 23 hour flight. Staff so pleasant and helpful.

I’m a single traveller , bought the meal deal, dinner was nice but could have been hotter.

Altogether very good value for money.

Absolutely lovely stay I booked 2 room both perfect for our needs. The reception there were always staffed waiting to help you no queuing. 24hr coffee shop. Plenty of staff on the bar again no waiting and the restaurant perfect dinner and breakfast so fresh I don't think anywhere could beat the quality and the price and the friendliness of the staff. Also you can walk from the hotel to terminal 4 in 8 mins by a walk way tunnel so you don't even have to go outside. There is also parking under the hotel maybe limited spaces but it was half empty when I was there. It is a great location if you are going to terminal 4.

I was happy with the location as it is only a 10 minute walk from T4 and all under cover. The staff were couteous and friendly. You can check yourself in. Food was reasonable and service prompt. The bed was super comfy and noise is blocked so even though planes fly all the time you dont really hear it from your room. I will be staying again.

Early flight for me resulted in an over night stay here! Efficient and easy and walking distance to t4.

Only thing could of been better was Having a bath in my room and I just had a shower! Such a comfy bed and a good restaurant downstairs

The family of four rooms are awful it’s literally 3 beds next to each other which is fine but there isn’t a gap you can’t even fit an ironing board by the foot of the beds

Well good bye Premier inn Heathrow Terminal 4. Worst hotel stays in a long time. Refused to give us the premier inn evening meal deal even tho we showed them receipts from other premier inns, they claim that the other premier inns are wrong and made a mistake. Service is abysmal, the staff have not a clue about anything, you wait ages for anything. My boss had his phone charger & Adidas hoodie stole from our room, hotel said nowt we can do about it �. Parking & getting out complete joke and u pay £16.50 for the pleasure of a broken machine.

Noisy, dirty and overall incredibly rude staff...especially Desmond the manager. Also never ask them to order a taxi for you as they will actually get you a chauffeur that costs you £30 for an 8 mile drive! JOKE! Never ever stay here again
