User

excellent location right by waterloo station and just a stroll from westminster bridge. good breakfast and great compact room; great price for central london. didn’t try the in house restaurant as went across the road to an excellent italian recommended by the very helpful Premier inn staff.

User

Really lovely hotel with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms with comfy beds and lovely smelling bathrooms. Would stay here again. Highly recommended.

User

Lovely room, very comfortable bed and I really did sleep well! Staff lovely and service excellent. I’m a history buff so was well pleased to have a room in the old lying-in hospital section! I will definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay here last weekend. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Location is amazing, couple of minutes walk to the London Eye. Stunning views from floor 12. Would recommend.

User

Great stay, nice friendly staff. The restaurant was excellent at accommodating allergies.

User

Great reception. Nice and quick. Told them that it was a birthday treat for my 6 year old son. They put banners up, chocolates out and a birthday card. He thought it was really nice of them. Great Hotel.

User

Great location - very very close to the south bank which is exactly where we wanted to be. Stone throw from Waterloo station. Staff very helpful - restaurant lovely food and reasonable priced. Room had an outstanding view we were placed on the 13th floor - which at first I wasn't too sure about as I had a 6 year old child but the windows weren't able to open with air con in the room. Can't complain will defiantly return and ask for the same room again :)

User

Fantastic service from all members of staff. Would definitely stay here again. Made our trip more relaxing having such helpful, down to earth people to look after us. Even had a personal touch for my wife after my daughter shouted from the roof tops that it was mums birthday! Dessert was delivered with the words "happy birthday mum" written on the plate in Chocolate icing!

User

Fantastic location! I emailed the hotel before staying to ask for a view room and they gave us this we got a view of the London eye!

Staff very helpful and friendly, very comfortable hotel and the breakfast was delicious

User

Excellent room and staff. The lady in reception was really nice and gave my 6 year old lots of attention when we arrived. This was really nice and made my daughter feel special. Room on 13th floor is great and has an excellent view. We still have another 2 nights here so hopefully it will remain a 5* review

User

Close to Waterloo and Westminster. Clean rooms although basic. Excellent customer service by the staff in the hotel. Excellent service in the dining room and excellent and very helpful staff on Reception. Would recommend and would stay here again.

User

Best Premier Inn we have stayed at. we have just done 3 nights. Very central with near by Train and underground.. Staff were great. Asked every eve how our day had been. All happy, smiley and eager to help. My daughter forgot her I phone charger so they lent us their own charger for a few days.. Just went that extra mile unlike other Inns

User

Absolutely brilliant stay well looked after and was even able to check in before 2 which was great lovely room and was allowed to leave our bags there while we did more sightseeing as our coach wasn't leaving till that night. Highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay there. Thank you.

User

I stayed here 2 nights. The room was lovely and clean. The bathroom also very clean. The bed was comfortable and luxurious , like all Premier Inns. I needed an iron, which wasn't in The room, however , within 5-10 mins of asking arrived at my door with a full size ironing board. I would have preferred a full size hairdryer , as the travel one that was provided kept overheating , so it seem to take forever to dry my hair. The staff were all very helpful and courteous. The hotel is in an ideal location for the South Bank and Waterloo. I would definitely stay here again .

User

Great stay here last night, found all the staff friendly nothing was too much trouble. Comfortable clean room & a convenient location. The food in the on site restaurant was nice (although not the peppercorn sauce) & breakfast was lovely. Would stay here again.

I have stayed in many premier inns and am afraid to say this is my least favourite so far. The room and facilities were all of a good standard as always. However the initial welcome was not. There was a receptionist on the phone who pointed at a self check in in a dismissive manner. I did so and it didn't work; when I said there was no room key or print out she responded like she didn't believe me and marched round the desk to the machine. Which of course was empty. I was given little information and had to point out my meal bookings.

I had a meal in the restaurant and on arrival had to look for staff as no one was around when I arrived. I was given a table but nothing was explained as to how my prebooked meal worked. The food was ok but have had a lot better

I don't ask for much but a warm greeting is a must. It really let down my stay

User

Staff were lovely and couldn't fault them at all. But dirty pair of socks found in our bed! And had pre paid for breakfast and wasn't available in our hotel due to kitchen being out of action so had to traipse 5 minute walk to another premier inn hotel to get breakfast, where the staff were run off their feet as obviously had double the amount of guests, table we were sat at was dirty with precious guests cutlery and plates! Was cleaned and sorted quickly but not ideal!

Staff were quick to resolve issues with above and appropriate compensation given.

First night of a two-night stay. Nice, if small room, with very clean shower room. On ground floor at side of building, so expected a little traffic nois. What we didn’t expect were the groaning and high pitched noises (not people!), coming from an unknown location. Been awake since 4am. Not pleasant. Have been moved to the 10th floor, in a smaller but equally nice room for our second night. Let’s see what tonight brings.

Excellent breakfast.
