We arrived late on a Thursday evening for a 2 night stay - to our surprise there were still parking spaces available and at only £6 for 24 hrs, just perfect. We booked a family room for us and the 2 kids, absolutely massive with a view of Wembley stadium. Perfect location for Wembley Arena, Wembley Park Tube just across the road with a 20 minute journey to the centre. Very clean with attentive staff. Breakfast is buffet style which made it very quick with no waiting around. All in all we would definitely recommend this Premier Inn

User

Warm friendly welcome. Stayed here before as a family but first time we were given a larger room which actually made a difference to our stay. Having the London Retail Outlet on the doorstep was excellent as there was a choice of restaurants and shops. The underground station is literally across the road which made getting into London really easy.

User

The staff, the room and the food are fantastic! I regularly stay in the Wembley area but it's the first I've stopped here. I must say the breakfast was out of this world, even the head chef came out when he had time to talk. For a PI, this must be one if not the best in the Uk. I for one will be using this premier 'Premier' Inn again and again. Hats off to all staff. Plus the head chef needs more recognition for his work ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

User

I used to stay at the Hilton just up the road but got very bad service from them last year so gave the premier inn ago this year and had a lot better service for less than half the price the best breakfast I have ever had and with excellent staff!!

User

Ate at the restaurant around 19pm after watching the NFL at Wembley, really liked how they’re stuff are so very attentive, accommodating and friendly. Especially the lady stuff who attended to me. Sorry, I forgot to ask her name but she was really nice and approachable. She was very friendly and attentive to all the costumers there! I enjoyed my dinner there because of how the stuff and environment was. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

User

We stayed one night for the Andre Rieu concert, the staff made us feel welcome even though we were early and took the trouble to make sure our room was ready. The location is ideal for the Arena and Stadium being just a ten minute walk and right next to the tube station. The food is adequate for what we paid and I consider it good value for money, the breakfast was particularly good. Will be going back when the next concert takes place, having stayed four times already.

User

The hotel is very well located for all amenities in Wembley. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room we stayed in hadn't been updated to the new style "Premier Inn" modern room...no mood lighting or 42 inch TV...but it was really clean and smelt fresh as we walked in. We had the meal deal, the food that we ate was really nice, steak cooked to perfection, beautiful lemon meringue pie and breakfast was very nice! Great place to stay...you can't really beat a Premier Inn can you?!

User

Great welcome from warm and friendly staff, very busy hotel due to the closeness of Wembley, great breakfast and a super nights sleep

User

Great staff and as attentive as we need. Room was a family room and was fine for what we needed. Busy at breakfast but no big drama as we weren't in a hurry anywhere and the location was perfect for our following day at Wembley.

The bed was ok for our 7 year old son but I could imagine a taller child finding it small. He did mention that he could feel the springs though.that aside I have had far worse hotel experiences and was good value in the right location with really nice staff

User

Great room.comfy beds.only problem was no pumps working in bar.then they ran out of bottled lager.should be a bit better prepared when an event on at Wembley Stadium

User

Cheap and cheerful and absolutely fabulous location for Wembley Arena and Wembley Park tube station, both a stones throw away. Staff were very friendly and very helpful, especially when I discovered after washing my hair that there was no hairdryer in the room, haven’t come across that before, but no drama, I rang reception and one was brought up very quickly. Nice little bar open until 12 midnight which was ideal as our gig finished at 22:45, meant we could relax with a drink before bed. Breakfast was a little chaotic, there were no tables available but again not a problem as we were not in any rush. The breakfast area was very small breakfast for the self service, so people were kinda falling over each other, but the breakfast itself was excellent. Would definitely stay here again with it’s fantastic location for any Wembley gigs. Like all Premier Inn hotels, such good value for money and you know what you’re getting.....quality, clean accommodation an amazing price. Can’t fault it!

User

We stayed for 1 night in a family room on Saturday 25th November. On arrival we were unhappy to pay £15 for parking at the hotel just because there was a football match going on at Wembley stadium. This 'event' should have had nothing to do with us staying at the hotel for the night. It is a way for Premier Inn to charge you more. In the hotel room we found an old black sock under the bed! The room also had the meanest tea and coffee provision I have witnessed in a Premier Inn. 2 tea bags, 2 coffee sachets and 2 sugar sachets!! We decided to eat in the restaurant as the whole area was packed with football fans leaving Wembley stadium. My wife, the kids and I were refused drinks in glasses due to the football match being played at Wembley stadium. We had to have our drinks in plastic cups!! I could understand it if we were in a local bar but we weren't. No glass allowed on the dining table we were told. What about the salt and pepper pots made of glass sitting on the table!!?? The hotel though was in a great location for the Wembley SSE Arena, shops, restaurants and of course Wembley stadium!! the food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was good. The service was generally good throughout the hotel and the rooms were comfortable. We would stay at this hotel again for the location but not on match day!! We have stayed in better Premier Inn hotels than this one but overall it was ok.

URGENT - Child’s small soft elephant left in room...

Sorry this isn’t a review but I’m posting on the very slim chance that a member of housekeeping at the London Wembley Stadium hotel found my daughters small soft elephant left in room 209 this morning...

We have spoken with the hotel who have advised us to call in the morning but if there is any chance I can let my daughter know this evening that it’s ok and being kept safe in housekeeping then I will be so so grateful..

Thank you very much

User

Stayed here many times when down for the football. Little disappointed this time. Staff and service top rate once again. But the room was tired (105) units in the bathroom were all loose as was the bath panel, heating in the room wasn't working which made it uncomfortable as the weather wasn't great and the room was cold. Would still stay here again because of its location for Wembley....... Just hope they address the problems

User

Sadly the worse experience with Premier Inn we have encountered. Long queues for check in on a very hot day. Drinks machine in foyer out of order. Long queues at bar during the day and into the evening. Kettle only worked when it wanted to. Not sure what was going on with the lifts on Monday morning, unfriendly cleaners in all three, appeared to be just going up and down. After this happening three times, we walked, not so easy if you have walking/breathing difficulties. Rooms ours and our travelling companions, were tired and in need of some repairs in the bathrooms. On the plus side the breakfast was good, despite the hazardous milk spills near cereals and again coffee/tea area. Good location for Wembley Park sports/events. Our previous stay here and other Premier Inns have been far more positive.

User

Was not impressed this time!! Under my bed was a very old looking sick bowl, complete with sick, the light beside bed had no bulb and no tea bags!!!! Premier inn standards have truly dropped . I came with husband this time and stated two nights, but won't be staying at premier inns now because we are 3 adults ( husband, me and 16 year old daughter) and will not accommodate 3 adults in 1 room . Travelodge here we come!!!! Staff at reception were Helpful, however too busy with bar duties too . Perfect location for stadium, arena and tube station x

User

Location was fantastic for what we wanted for and the room was as you would expect so I can't fault that. But......... The restaurant what a total joke! Completely dissatisfied with what they had to offer! I booked a family room with 2 children and then there was no food for the children to eat! Breakfast this morning also cold.

User

We had a table booked for diner with another couple who we only know through first names at football; because we did not know their surname, the heavy handed door staff would not let us in, we could not contact the couple as we did not have the phone with their numbers in, so missed our dinner booking.

As a p.s, I am a 60 year old company director with our own business, not a 20 year old skinhead . . . . Well done Premier Inn; we spent £80 on diner at The O2 instead.

User

Stayed last year and it was faultless but this year the service in the restaurant was so slow...25 minutes to get our drinks and 1 hour to get our starter and this was 2 nights running, with 2 kids as well...what’s gone wrong with this place,,I’m not a complainer but here I am complaining. A good long weekend ruined (more staff required)
