We have stayed here on lots of occasions. Yes the rooms are smaller than some premier inn we have stayed in, but the staff are allways there to help and friendly and food is lovely and freshly cooked. Even the breakfast is freshly cooked

User

The Premier inn was good as I knew it would be comfortably beds friendly staff welcoming you to stay but now on to the restaurant next door food and drink over priced and as for the breakfast tasted like rubber .

User

Our room and bathroom were immaculate and the bed extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

User

Hotel was one of the best we have stayed in, clean and comfortable and quiet. The restaurant next door lovely food friendly staff and no different in the morning, delicious breakfast and a lovely member of staff made us very welcome. The only gripe we had was with the water pressure, little bit on the low side.

User

Had a great stay, staff very helpful and friendly.

Good food but best of all their comfy comfy beds.

Definitely use them again...

This premier Inn is typical of the chain. Rooms large and very clean with friendly reception staff. However. I need to say the adjacent restaurant was simply not up to standard. I only ate there as I was too tired to drive elsewhere. The tables were uncleared and dirty. Food over my seat. Outside most outdoor tables were uncleared and this was at 4.30 in the afternoon where there was only half a dozen people present. If managers can ignore these dirty tables then seriously wonder how clean is the kitchen. Out of sight out of mind. Based on my experience i can not recommend that anyone eat at this chef & brewer if you value your health.

Stayed in wateringbury premier inn for a weekend whilst coming to a wedding. staff were brill, rooms clean and tidy and beds very comfy. Yes walls are a bit thin but that can't be helped. People are told on signs about quiet areas and to be respectful. The only issue I had is I have disabilities. It was brill I got a ground floor room however the shower was way too high to get into even with help and the bed was a bit high to get into. I don't like being picky but every opinion helps. I WOULD COME BACK!

User

Exactly what you expect from a Premier. Nice room clean and comfortable and friendly staff.

User

The room was nice & clean but the smallest family room we've ever had, otherwise no complaints.

User

The breakfast was fine. However, the bed which I slept on was rock solid and tiny. I'm not exactly Peter Crouch and my feet were hanging off the edge of the bed. Got a solid 2 hours sleep, so for that you can have two stars

User

I have stayed in many Premier Inns all of which was fantastic with the exception of Wateringbury which we stayed in last night. Although the rooms were spotless and the bed was the best we did not sleep. The walls were that thin we could here everything from the room next door and I mean everything. We did complain and got a fefund on the room. Now to the attached restaurant, the food and service yesterday was Good but this morning at breakfast it was dreadful rude reception, rude when they came to take our order, no eggs that I ordered, the bubble and squeak was ice cold, had to ask for cups as there was none had to ask for bread not good Maidstone and the bad customer service in the restaurant was one particular member of staff only. Not good enough.
