Our hotels are the perfect place to get Big Day Ready ahead of any special occasion, and our ever-helpful team members have fielded some pretty unusual requests from wedding guests over the years.

We stayed here on our way home to France. We arrived on an early flight from Cyprus, absolutely tired, and were found a room at 10.30 am instead of having to wait until check in at 2pm. Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful. Can’t fault any of our stays here. Would like to say a special thanks to Youseff who waited on us with a lovely meal and was wonderful. A credit to the company. Will certainly stay here again on our travels, and highly recommend to others. Thanks.

We stayed here on 04/06/18 prior to our early morning flight to France. Receptionist was very welcoming & efficient & booked us a table in the restaurant for dinner. The room was clean, with a very comfortable bed. We had an excellent, good value meal, served by Kayleigh, who was very friendly & cheerful. Like all the waiting staff, she worked very hard & was most attentive. We had a very pleasant, relaxed evening before our 4.15 wake up! Highly recommend this Premier Inn.

User

Was very clean, close to International Airport, great bar and restaurant, good variety of different foods for breakfast. Very basic but good for staying over night for 1 or 2 nights between flights. If you have your out transportation then there are several places you can visit in the area such as a castle, and gardens.

User

Shuttle bus idea is fantastic! Would recommend making that information clearer when booking the hotel as it helped a lot!

User

Room clean warm and friendly and well presented ; had a good nights sleep before my flight. Booking in staff friendly and helpful - good start to my mini break

User

On Tuesday evening I was involved in a road traffic accident which due to issues with my recovery firm meant I needed to spend the night in this hotel. I arrived at about 2am to find the recovery firm had messed up the booking and booked the wrong night.

The guy working reception at this later hour was extremely helpful. He’d already been dealing with the booking before my arrival trying to get authorisation to move the night of the booking. He was completely welcoming and understanding and was even able to get me a much needed drink after the horrible day I had.

Thank you very much to the staff of this premier inn for actually understanding the meaning of good customer service and helping to make sure something went right on an otherwise bad day.

My boyfriend and I booked one night stay before a trip to Rome, and used Sleep, Park, Fly which was really convenient. The room was comfy, and the staff were brilliant. Especially Mark, who helped us out with a jump start at 5.30 in the morning when we found our car wouldn't start! He went above and beyond and we are incredibly grateful, and we didn't miss our flight! Thank you

User

I would like to thank the night duty manager who was on duty the 8th of October. We realised my daughter had left her comfort teddy after checking into Stansted airport on the 9th. I called the hotel immediately and the night duty manager said she would go and look for it so we could collect it on our return a week later. So pleased to say that on our return yesterday my daughters teddy was in a bag and labelled for collection. What a relief this was, so thank you again for taking the time to look for it.

Stayed here 9th july for one night didn't arrive until nearly 3am staff at check in very helpful. Breakfast the next morning was fab also staff at breakfast were really friendly. Shuttle bus to airport every 30mins only £3..

User

The room we stayed in was a bit tired looking and the walls and skirting board behind the main bed were badly scuffed. Guess the rooms get a lot of use due to purpose of hotel. Thyme restaurant and bar expensive so walked to M &S food at nearby garage and stocked up on munchies and a bottle of wine for much less. Simone on check in couldn't find our booking despite us spelling out surname several times, rescued by female colleague who sorted it out. Only there overnight as had early flight next morning.

User

Served its purpose. Close to car rental village and airport.

If your tall like me beds could be a problem here as very small unlike other premier inn hotels where I have never had a problem. Was told it was a double bed but in reality it was to singles pushed together.

Staff were friendly and well trained but you have to listen to what they are saying as they have thick eastern block accents.

All in all could have been better.

User

My feelings and thoughts about the premier inn stansted. Walking in the check in desk was in perfect view , however the second check in desk wasn't in view. Check in was pretty swift. Our rooms were at sperate ends of the Hotel ( wounded have beeen nice to have our rooms closer. Don't get me started on the fact that all phone signal is blocked as you enter the hotel! So as you can images you have to put up with 5mb/s wifi for free or you can pay £5 "premium wifi". plus sides to the hotel there was fruit out to snack on and the room was spacious and clean all in all it was good.

User

Musty room.window didn't open.smelt like people had just left.Air con had to be on..dry throat ...no sign at Airport to tell you where Hotel is or how to get to it.you have to get a coach£3.40 each...Dinner ..I had a curry!!lol it was a chicken breaded cotlet with curry sauce poured over Top!! And extra chillies on side as i wanted it spicy..

User

Have used PIs before and been good before. Unfortunately not my feeling as I checked out at 4am. Was told in very clear terms I had to pay for parking - I’ve never had to pay for parking before. When I complained, I did raise my voice, being very tired, and Marius threatened to call the police while I was asking him to get on with letting me pay. What’s going on Premier Inn? Don’t you do customer service training any more. Not the sort of treatment I want at 4am

User

Friendly staff, rooms noisy , shame there was no mini fridge and iron facilities .. bed was a little small for two adults

User

Stayed on 24/11 together with my daughter prior our next day early morning flight. Positives: very good breakfast, nice staff member (Christian).

Unfortunately this was the only positive. Room (381) was clean and good size but I was woken up by extremely noisy aircon 3 times in the night. The aircon started itself even I switched it off but the noise it made was like sound of flushing toilet. At 1:30 am, 2:30 am and 4:30 am not good at all. I had no good sleep at all. The morning receptionist (male) wasnt very helpful and had a really questionable grooming standards...

User

Rooms were absolutely shite! Not very clean, with a previous occupants snot smeared on the walls and a little smelly! Our 'family' room was essentially a standard room with two extra beds shoved in consequently no room for chairs or our suitcases. The restaurant Thyme was good value and the Breakfast was tremendous!

User

We were greeted by a very rude and abrupt receptionist, most unhelpful person I have ever met, wasn't willing to go the extra and find us a taxi for early flight, just rang our room and said the 2 companies we use are fully booked so you will have to find one yourself! room small and smelt fusty quite surprised as we usually use premier inn , standard has dropped.the only saving grace was the restaurant the head waiter was very nice and attentive and the food was amazing.

User

Think this is a poor standard of hotel! Twin room appalling one small double bed and a child’s bed is not what I expected after staying in other premier inn hotels! Not comfortable at all! Will never stay again! Worst nights sleep ever! Not what you want when your traveling the following day!
