Went to Prezzo Euston Road yesterday as trains were cancelled in & of London Euston. I was greated with a smile & looked after by the fabulous staff until my train about 9. Thanks for making me & my colleague Stan feel at home. Will be back there over the next two weeks 👌👍🏽

Service was good. We were there for five hours as I was meeting a friend I hadn't seen for 44 years! We had a starter and main plus two bottles of wine. The starter was really nice. The main was okay. Wish I'd chosen something different but that was my choice. Staff were happy to take pictures of us and let us stay as long as we wanted to.

Nice restaurant disappointed that email discounts do not apply in that branch bit of a con really when you use other around the country food was very good as always

Considering the quality, we think is overpriced.

The best of the place are the people working there, but we can't go back to a restaurant only for because the staff is good. So we are not going back there and we don't recommend this place.

Nice meal just a bit over priced - The seat beside the door is like being in a wind tunnel each time someone comes in or out!

I don’t normally leave reviews but felt compelled too.

My friend and I visited here on Saturday night after watching a theatre show. We turned up at 10:20pm and were told they were only open till 11pm which was fine for us and was seated and aided by a fantastic waiter who was super friendly and very helpful considering they were in the process of closing up. However after we had ordered our waiter had clocked off and had been replaced by a more mature lady with a blonde bob - who I don’t know if was a little peeved we had ordered so late but had no charisma or charm and I know after a late night/long day you can’t keep a smile on your face but she did bring the mood down after our fantastic night. The food was delicious- no issues at all, very fresh. The reason I’m actually leaving the review is because when the bill came it was for £28 and something pence so we put £30 and held a note back to leave as a tip when we left for getting us in so last minute however on this ladies return she left the £1.70 with an old £1 coin which automatically showed the lack of interest in our custom. This is London - a huge chain of restaurant- you know full well what legal tendencies are and that the old £1 coin stopped circulating last October...it seemed a very sarcastic move by her as if we had tried to pay with an old coin I’m sure it would have been flagged up! It just seemed to convenient when you only need to return £1 she choose the old one out of the till rather than a new one - so we didn’t leave a tip apart from letting her keep the old one pound coin!

The quality of the food are really below the standard and not worth to have.

Ordered salmon penne was far too spicy,I like spicy food but it could only eat a small amount.very disappointed.

Nothing special, food served on cold plates - staff leaning all over the pass, staff member (working to do paperwork but off duty) was very noticeable in hoodie, cap and jeans while being foh. Staff seemed to be well trained at avoiding eye contact. Not impressed won't hurry back.

It was last year that we went. I've always loved prezzo but have never been to another one since.

We stayed across from here again a couple of weeks ago but avoided it.

The pizzas had changed and there wasn't as much choice, I ended up with a skinny pizza which hardly had any topping on it, was more or less the same price and was half the size and it was like eating cardboard.



I had one bite and couldn't eat it, they were good enough to refund and offer me one for free but I didn't complain so I could get another pizza so just had the refund.



Hopefully things have changed, but I wouldn't know as I haven't gone back just think it's a bit overpriced for what it is

Food was ok . Bit disconcerting to see barman making my G&T by scooping up the ice for it with his hand . Hope they were clean !

Think I will give place a miss in future .

Took ages to take our Order. Staff to busy chatting to each other.

Took our order then informed us at 5:45pm on a Sunday they have run out of chips !!

Mash was offered to replace meal but included garlic.

When asked, if no garlic in mash, staff informed us that how it came. No chips or mash came with any meals.

Upon leaving the prezzo, we spoke to the manager to complain. He said that they could have served mash with no Garlic and HIS staff were wrong to say that.

Won't ever recommend this company to anyone.

The food was tasty but the service was surly and brusk by two of the four waiting staff. Not the most gratifying experience ever.
