I think that it takes a problem with an order to really find out what a company is like. I ordered a cistern from Priority Plumbing and it arrived promptly and extremely well packaged. The cistern was slightly damaged on the lid. This must have occurred at the factory. Dealing with Priority Plumbing's customer service was a pleasure and they swiftly resolved the issue with no fuss. I can highly recommend Priority Plumbing.
