There will be extensive road closures in the Notting Hill, Ladbroke Grove and Westbourne Park areas because of the Carnival. Drivers should avoid the area if possible, or allow more time for their journey. Roads will generally close from 07:00 on Sunday 25 and reopen around 03:00-04:00 on Tuesday 27 August.
