I usually love a night in prop but your cloak room staff are really rude. My friend lost her ticket but she had a photo and description of the jacket and was refused her jacket. The staff swore at her and were just not appropriate to the customer. They told her to come back next time they were open. So does that mean next night it’s propaganda or just the next day. They were really rude and we’re not impressed at all and the staff said come back at half three which meant she would have to come back alone. She needed to get away so coming back later was no good for her.

I have just ordered 3 double vodkas energy juice. The promo bouts says 1.90 vodka mixers.... The girl charged me 31 pounds! I then asked how it could possibly be that much and notified her of the drinks menu and she got her manager over who pointed to the promo board and said you knew what you were paying for??? What? Absolute joke
